This Kiawah Island vacation rental features three bedrooms and bathrooms, a two-story townhouse layout, and gorgeous views of Turtle Point Golf Course. The villa is about a 5-minute walk to the beach.
This Turtle Point villa has been completely renovated and features an open floor plan. The light-filled living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a wall-mounted smart TV. Additional living space can be found in the sitting room, which has a comfortable sleeper sofa and an abundance of windows. The dining area, adjacent to the sitting room, offers a lovely wooden table with seating for six. Recently renovated, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, custom white cabinetry, and barstool seating for four. The kitchen has ample counter space and is equipped with everything guests will need to prepare vacation meals.
A peaceful retreat, the private primary suite is located on the second floor. This bedroom offers a king-sized bed, wall-mounted smart TV, spacious closet, and private access to a balcony overlooking Turtle Point Golf Course. The primary bathroom features both a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms, both with private bathrooms, smart TVs, and large closets, are found on the main floor. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the other has two twin beds.
The villa offers two balconies facing the 17th green of Turtle Point Golf Course. The first balcony is located on the main floor and has a dining table and chairs. A private balcony, accessible from the primary bedroom, is on the second floor.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
