Fabulous place to stay

The set up was great for group of adults (parents with adult children or just a group of friends). The decor had great theme of Fernie’s summer and winter (biking and skiing). The hosts were fantastic. Will be first spot to consider next time we are in town for family event.

Great weekend of Friends and Mountain Biking

this property and the host was absolutely exceptional. The suite is uniquely suited to friends or family who are focussed on biking and skiing. It was such a unique location in the basement of an old church and extremely well done inside. Jeff was friendly and welcoming we would absolutely stay again.

5 of us stayed here for a mountain sledding trip. Excellent property and hosts! Good parking and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Three bedrooms and 3 showers was perfect for a group of guys.

Fantastic

Amazing location and place, all the little details were incredible. If I were to have one suggestion, for a cheap TV you could plug in one of those chromecasts/roku/fire sticks into the projector to allow for Netflix etc. Also price seems extremely low when comparing around to other places especially considering the # of beds.

Excellent property

Excellent property in the center of Fernie. Walking distance to excellent restaurants, grocery stores, gear shops, etc. 10 minutes to the ski resort. Tons of space, they have thought of everything you might need including tools and ample storage. The small projector was excellent for watching movies and ski videos.

This home was amazing and the owners were super sweet. It was such a unique home and everyday I found a new design element they injected to make it a conversation piece. I love that every bedroom has there own ensuite. The area on the side of the building was private for a little fire and food.

Visited for 3 nights to play golf.

The perfect set up for us. No TV (which we didn't miss) and no oven, but the microwave, toaster oven and stove top were just fine. We liked it a lot and will be going back.

Excellent girls trip

Myself and six friends recently spent 3 nights at the Fernie Mountain Sanctuary. Everything about this location is perfect. The hosts were wonderful - both friendly and accessible. The building itself has been recently and beautifully renovated, and the location only two blocks from the main drag can't be beat. The rental has comfy beds, and all of the kitchen and bath items are basically top notch and brand new. The outdoor enclosed patio is also a great space, and the solar lights and fire table make it easy to sit out there from afternoon into the evening. Would happily stay again 🙂

Perfect spot!

Stayed here for a bachelorette party and loved it! Jeff and Jane have made this old little church cozy and decorated in such a fun way! With all the gear storage it would be a perfect spot for a winter stay and ski! Being right downtown it was great to be able to walk to explore the town of Fernie. Would highly recommend! We willl be back!
