New construction guest house detached from the main house. 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, sleeps 4 with pull out sleeper sofa in living room. Washer and dryer in unit. Central air conditioning and heat. Perfect location for exploring Tampa and nearby areas. Centrally located a few miles from everything you need, Armature Works, Downtown Tampa, Ybor City, Tampa International Airport.

New construction one bedroom, one bathroom guest house sleeps up to four. Fully fenced with onsite parking directly in front of the home. Central air conditioning and heat. Bathroom access from the master bedroom and kitchen. Smart TV in living room for all your streaming needs. High ceilings and ample windows for natural light. Washer and dryer in unit.

You are renting the entire guest house. There is no backyard access. Dedicated parking directly in front of the unit shown in photos.

Nice place

Outside or Tampa little sketchy some places. But felt safe with alarms on window and camera out front. Some nice homes in area. House is down an alley and would have been good to know or remember that as Mapquest takes you to the wrong house. Be careful backing out of driveway. Toilet did plug morning I was leaving.
