If you like contemporary furniture and art, this is the place for you. A spacious, bright, 3 level townhouse that sleeps 6. Master bedroom with king size bed from the Bracko Bros who specialize in handcrafted furniture. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds both with tempur-pedic mattresses, and a 3rd bedroom with a tempur-pedic double bed .
Very large comfortable living room. A quality dining room set which seats 8 comfortably with the possibility of adding on 2 more.
One full bathroom on the upper floor and a half bathroom on the lower floor.
Kitchen is fully equipped and comes with the basics to prepare meals. 1st day breakfast items will be provided.
Dining table outside for 4-6 people, a BBQ, large sun umbrella, new patio stones.
One-car parking in the driveway and use of the garage if more than one vehicle..

Beautiful Home

My family and I stayed at Anjelica’s home for about 6 weeks and were so impressed with the amenities and how cozy and inviting the place felt. We truly enjoyed our time and the place had everything you could possibly need. Anjelica was amazing to deal with and so accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Family Reunion

We were four adults looking for a three-bedroom, two bathroom house and we were very impressed with this townhouse. Angelica has a very clean, well-supplied home in a quiet neighbourhood. Lots of room for cooking, dining and relaxing. Location was perfect for us, close to shopping and the main highway. Angelica answered our questions promptly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again.

Peaceful Oasis

This is our second stay at this wonderful property! It has absolutely everything you could possibly need, is very comfortable and also located in a very convenient but quiet location. The owner of the property is extremely attentive and really makes certain that you are well-settled in without being overly intrusive. A perfect balance! Wonderful stay at Angelica's house

We stayed at Angelica's house for almost one month. We stayed there with my parents and our son. It was perfect, nicely decorated and Angelica is a perfect host. She does everything and more to accomodate us. I would definitively stayed there again if I come back in Calgary.

Stylish Townhome in a convenient and quiet location

This townhome is brilliant! It is very stylish and incredibly well appointed with everything one would ever want and need in their own home. The owner was very attentive from start to finish and it was such a pleasurable home to stay in. The KS bed in the Master Bedroom is very comfortable and all of the bedding of a high quality with lots of bedding options; if you’d prefer a certain type of pillow, a warmer doona etc. It is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, close to a large grocery supermarket, restaurants and convenience stores. The bright colours make you very happy and we’d love to stay here again our next visit to Calgary.👍🏼

Amazing in every way!

Clean & Beautiful Townhome

My two boys and I along with my parents stayed at Angelica’s lovely home this July while visiting for our first Calgary Stampede. We had a wonderful time and Angelica’s clean and spacious townhome made our experience all the better! Angelica was easy to communicate with and always fast to respond. We really appreciated her nice touches like coffee and breakfast food for the first morning and the ability to do a load of laundry if needed. Having the use of a hair dryer so I didn’t have to pack mine was also very nice. I would highly recommend staying here.

Gorgeous Home!!!!

We loved our stay and In Calgary in this beautiful and clean home. It is has everything you need. There is nothing I can complain about. The owner of the house was wonderful too. She knew we were arriving late at night and so organised breakfast for us for the next day. She checked in on us and gave great advice for first timers visiting. We loved our stay in this home!

We had a great vacation

My Mom and Dad, husband and adult daughter stayed in Angelica’s lovely home for seven days. There was plenty of room for us all. We came mainly to visit the Spruce Meadows show jumping tournament. It was on my 85 year old Dad’s bucket list and we felt it was important to get him there. We all enjoyed it. We also went to Banff and Lake Louise. Both must sees if you are in Calgary. The house is in a great location to access them all, as well as walking distance to a beautiful park with trails along the Bow River. Also there is a mall very close to shop for groceries, beer, etc. Angelica’s place had everything we needed, was very clean and beautifully decorated. We definitely appreciated the breakfast items left for us. We made use of the bbq and all of the appliances, minus the washer and dryer. All of them worked well. We had a great trip, and will definitely stay there if we return some day. Patti

wonderful stay in Calgary

the townhouse was immaculate ,very clean,well supplied and tastefully decorated. Angelica was very helpful and accommodating when booking. The location was perfect for me, being in South East Calgary, to visit my daughter. I could also walk to the nearby shopping mall where there were 2 banks, Co-op Grocery store, Drugstore, Starbucks and a few small eateries. It was a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. thanks for stay, hope to return! Jill

Wonderful time in a wonderful house

From the first contact on, Angelica was very attentive, helpful and friendly. Together with her daughter she prepared everything perfectly, including breakfast items and suggestions for restaurants and supermarkets nearby. In addition she was very accommodating with the times of our arrival and departure. Having the possibility to stay until the afternoon of our last day was such a convenience, because our 10 hour flight home was scheduled in the evening. The house itself is supplied with everything (and even more) one needs for a perfect stay, from the kitchen, to the laundry, to the bathrooms. (By the way we really appreciated having the second (half) bathroom.) Everything was immaculate and as beautifully – and comfortably as well – furnished as in the pictures, furthermore it exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed sitting in the Patio and had a barbecue once, which was no problem, because Angelica gave us an instruction, as for all technical devices, in advance. Once we did a walk on the banks of the Bow River, starting right at the house, and it took us just some minutes through the nice neighborhood to reach the River. On the other hand Downtown is only a 20minutes drive away. Being from Germany (so please excuse any faults in the text) it might take some time until our next stay in Calgary, but we would be delighted to stay again at Angelicas house.

Very Happy Repeat Visitors!

Great hosts and location! We stayed here both in June and August while we were showing at Rocky Mountain Show Jumping. House is convenient to lots of shopping and locations and an easy commute to and from the show every day. Angelica and Leona were great hosts and we appreciated the incorporation of suggestions we made and updated appliances between our stays. Fabulous and attentive owners! We'll definitely look to stay at this property again for future trips.

Clean, convenient, well equipped, quiet safe neighborhood- wonderful host!.

We booked this house for our two week stay during a horse show we were attending near Spruce Meadows.The house was exactly as pictured - clean, bright, very well equipped and in a lovely quiet little neighborhood. Angelica was wonderful from start to finish. Always responsive and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The house has only 1 full bath, but we utilized the powder room on the main level for overflow so it worked out fine for our group. Will definitely stay again the next time we come up for horse showing.

Luxurious surroundings in a modern townhouse

I was looking for a weekend stay in SE Calgary for my husband, my mom and my adult daughter, son and his girlfriend and decided to try VRBO and found Angelica's listing. We were wowed at the lovely modern decor in Angelica's townhouse and yet felt totally welcome and at home. The place was immaculate and tidy and just as promised on the website. Angelica's information package included everything we needed to know about how to find the address, parking, how to use the dishwasher, extra linens, house rules/expectations, etc. I would say our wonderful stay exceeded our expectations. We did not use the barbecue or laundry facilities, but this would have been very handy if we had been staying longer. My son and his girlfriend sat out on the patio in the evening and enjoyed that very much. The neighbourhood felt safe and was very quiet and is quite close to some shopping (Wal-Mart in particular). This is a multi-level townhouse,which Angelica brought to my attention because I mentioned my 86-year old mom would be with us. While not ideal for my mom, she managed the stairs, and I appreciated having a heads-up about that. Angelica and I communicated by text upon our arrival and again on the day we were leaving and it felt comforting to know she was reachable by text should we have any problems. She was very accommodating about our arrival departure times(arriving around 10 pm and leaving around 3 p.m.) which was super-convenient. I would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book it again in the future.

First trip to Calgary

Our family was in Calgary for a family wedding. This home was so clean and comfortable, and close to everything we needed. It had everything that we could ever imagine. It was decorated so nice. We had more than enough room for our family of four. Our host was warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this home to a friend and already have.

Great Family Location in Cozy Townhome!

My husband and I were in Calgary for the weekend visiting family. This was the perfect location to host a family dinner and relax in a cozy setting. We found the house was equipped with everything we needed and it was a great "home base" for our travels. Would definitely look to stay again in the future.

I recently retired and rent my home from time to time, while I continue to travel the world. I love a house with energy and artwork and tried to fill this house with both. I love to entertain and have friends over so the size is quite appropriate. I'm still upgrading and the prints will eventually be traded out for original art. I'm a wanna be artist as well so I will be trying out my own ideas. LOL. I love kayaking, hiking, snow shoeing, biking and cross country skiing, and this townhouse is nice and close to all those things. If you are active you have it all.

What makes this property unique

This townhouse is very conveniently located for easy access to the mountains from the south via Highway 22. Only a 45 minute drive to Bragg Creek and a couple hundred hiking and skiing trails. 5 minutes away from a trophy fishing river, a small lake, and massive park.
5 minutes away from the main access road to downtown which is a 23 minute drive from the house.
