Just 2 miles to Bethany Beach, this newer, beautifully decorated, detached, two story luxury home in Ocean View's Beach Club community is ready for your family's relaxing vacation! With over 2600 square feet to spread out in, new stainless steel appliances, 9' ceilings, four bedrooms + loft, and a den sleeping 10, three full baths, fireplace, screened in porch and a garage to get your two vehicles out of the hot sun, your family will love relaxing in this new community for a week.

This home provides 10 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas!! Shuttle to the beach on weekends during the peak season runs every half hour and returns on the hour. 2 adult bikes and helmets.

When you're not at the beach enjoy the gorgeous community pool, sauna, steam, and gym that are there for you from Memorial Day through Labor Day ($30 per person 6 and over per week) in addition to tennis, pickleball, walking and biking trails and lots of green space. There are 4 new smart TVs with internet (only) to access your favorite shows and apps. Please bring your Netflix/Amazon etc. passwords.

**It's ONE free pass, per home, per day, per activity. Passes do not accumulate.** Look for email from Xplorie after you book to help you arrange for your activities.

Please bring your own linens, towels and paper goods. Pillows and blankets are provided. If you prefer to rent them, we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up. The beds are king, queen, queen, 3 twins and a pull out queen couch. The coffee pot is drip / k-cup.

The well-designed kitchen features classic birch cabinets, quartz countertops, large island, stainless-steel appliances and an oversized corner pantry. You will find all you need for an enjoyable cooking experience as the kitchen includes toaster, mixer, blender, baking pans and sheets, pots and pans, measuring bowls, utensils, storage containers and of course dishes and silverware. The open gourmet kitchen layout flows smoothly into the dining area and living room with gas fireplace. The spacious owner's suite offers its own bathroom with double vanities and a walk in closet. Enjoy the screened in porch in the morning or evening with your favorite drink. There is also an ironing board and iron!

The towns of Ocean View and Bethany Beach are a 5-minute drive where you can find a wide range of dining and tax free shopping options. The beaches in Bethany require paid parking (apps and meters) Memorial Day to Labor Day. There is currently no shuttle service from the community. Further to the north in Rehoboth there are outlet malls and more great dining options. To the south you can visit Ocean City and its boardwalk and amusement rides.

A seven night minimum is in effect. But pricing has been structured accordingly for May and September. You are not required to stay all seven nights.

This is a no smoking and no pets home. You must be 25 years old to book. Underage persons need not inquire. The home is protected by a video front door system. Check in is keyless and instructions are sent at the time the balance is paid. This home is professionally managed.
