San Carlos 1201, located at 365 East Beach Blvd, is the perfect beach vacation spot you've been searching for! Spend your time in this beautiful property, complete with zero-entry pool, exercise room with windows facing the Gulf, and relaxing sauna. Walk less than half a mile on the beach, and you arrive at the Hangout restaurant and local shops and attractions!

This lovely three bedroom unit features a fully-equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and a wet bar. With two en suites, the first master suite, which has access to the beach front, corner balcony, has a king size bed and walk in shower – and garden tub. The second en suite has a queen bed. The guest bedroom has two full beds, access to a third bathroom, and a window overlooking Gulf State Park. Two Beach chairs & an umbrella are provided at no charge to the guest by Suncoast March 1- October 31st.

~ Vehicle passes are purchased at the on site business office for $50. Amenities bracelets are free of charge.

Love the corner balcony, provides great views of the Gulf and beach. Kitchen well stocked, Festa ware abounds, with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Every bedroom has a bathroom, so convenient.

This was a fabulous property in a perfect location! The online description and photos are completely accurate - the unit was very clean and beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well-stocked, the furniture was comfortable, and the views were fabulous.
