Fantastic entertaining home, 180 degree view of the Shuswap lake. Stunning sunsets and perfect deck for coffee in the morning sun. Away from the main road giving privacy. Access to the lake, dock and buoy. Back side of the home has a 500 sqft deck for entertaining and relaxing after a day at the beach. Large paved area for both kids and adult to hang out. Great place to BBQ and eat outside in the shade.

We had a great family get together with our kids and grandkids. Lots of space for the cousins to play and do a variety of activities inside and outside. Owners were very nice and accommodating. Beautiful view of the lake and a great swimming area with a new dock for the kids to jump off. Also lots to do in the Shuswap area.
Our 3 generation family of 10 all loved our week vacation here! The spacious house and property has a "Resort Feel" to it with plenty of room for everyone. Every aspect of renting this property was so positive. Chelan and Mike went above and beyond in communication and assistance and made us feel very comfortable in their home. The house was well supplied with everything you would need and more. The golf cart is a fun way to get to the beach area with a floating dock. There are fantastic views from all areas of the house with gorgeous sunsets. The grandkids and everyone agree they want to come back again next year! We stayed during the heat wave and the AC kept us comfortable. Thank you Chelan and Mike for making our summer vacation so much fun!

Why they chose this property
This property has incredible lake views from most room to enjoy. The property is just over 5 acres providing privacy and close to nature. The original owner had an association with F-18 fighter jets. The designer, Paul Nesbitt from Kelowna designed the home to have a conceptual parallel with that look and style from a plan perspective from the air. The roof line looks like a jet, with a bridge into the main home. The semi-lakefront home, looks across at Copper Island on the Shuswap Lakes.
There are 80 blueberry plants which you can enjoy the blueberries if you are here when the berries are ready. There is also strawberries and some garden vegetables. This property is all about the views at any time of day and evening. The covered lower deck has an unobstructed view of the lake and is magical to sit around the propane fire table and enjoy the evening.
What makes this property unique
The house was designed by Paul Nesibitt from Kelowna. The home was designed for entertaining. The main floor is all open concept with incredible wood beams and views everywhere. Exceptional workmanship and attention to details like where the sun comes up and sets that provide the best lighting and experience within the house. The roof has the outline of an F-18 fighter jet, along with a "bridge" into the main floor of the house based on the original owners interest. Multiple areas to gather together or to have some alone time within the home and on the property. Very private from the surrounding 10 properties that meet the property line.
