We built Valley View on this section because we like the area, we have been able to incorporate into the home all the things that we appreciated in the various holiday homes we have stayed in over the past 15 years. We sincerely hope that you also enjoy the choices that we have made during the building and furnishing process.
What makes this property unique
Valley View Wanaka is a lovely home, newly built with guest comfort and convenience being a top priority.
Situated 4.6 km from Lake Wanaka overlooking Albert Town and further to Hawea flats. We planned the open plan kitchen, living and dining to be upstairs so that we could appreciate the panoramic views that the Wanaka area is so famous for.
The neighbourhood is one that we love, large sections and close to many hiking/biking tracks, also rock climbing and just a short drive to Wanaka Central.
