Great oceanfront, four bedroom plus den town home located in North Fenwick Island! Main floor has den, full bath, kitchen, dining and living. Third floor features ocean front master suite and second suite. Top floor has two more bedrooms and a full bath. Enjoy the ocean views from one of several decks.
Cable. smoking. No fireplace use. Bedding: Queen, Queen, Queen, Queen + twin, Queen Sleeper.

Other Information:
-Saturday to Saturday rentals from 6/17-8/19. Flex bookings allowed (3+ nights) all other dates.
-Military/1st Responder: 5% off base rate. (ID required).
-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $220
-Bedding: Queen, Queen, Queen, Queen + Twin, Den: Queen Sleeper (sleeps 11)
-Beach chairs, beach umbrella (1) (These items are not guaranteed).

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the living room dining room area. It was nice and spacious for our family. The bedrooms were a nice size too-the master suite was extremely lovely. We did have a few maintenance problems, but you were quick to take care of them Walk to the beach for me was long, but I am 72 years old Overall, it was a very lovely experience with our lovely family. Parking was a bit of a problem, but it all worked out in the end. We were told by the office one thing, but the people who owned property in the block, said that there was more parking than the office explained.

Beautiful, quiet location. Condo needs some updates.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and beach was phenomenal. Loved the quiet/private beach feel. The condo needs some updating and maintenance. Blackout shades in the oceanfront bedrooms would save the owner money in cooling costs and would make for a more relaxing stay for guests. Neighbors were not welcoming and, frankly, rude to us as renters. Bathroom facets are painful to use and the upstairs bathroom drips. The vent in the kitchen floor is dangerous, especially for little ones. The downstairs closets are a mess and need cleaned out and organized so renters can utilize the space. The dishwasher is not properly installed and will fall forward if you aren’t careful.

Quiet and Relaxing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at 35 Kings Grant! The home is spacious and well laid out. The home has had some updates since the photos, so we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The home is oceanfront but set back a bit with a dune space in between, so you can't see the ocean from the main deck. The only room you could see and hear the ocean really well was the third floor bedroom. The trek to the beach was pretty quick, as there are planked boardwalks the majority of the way there. Our favorite part about our stay was how quiet everything was...neighbors were quiet and friendly, beach was spacious and mostly empty. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious. Kitchen was very well stocked with lots of glassware, plates, and silverware. Cookware could use updating, lots of scratched teflon pans. Thankfully we brought some of our own pots/pans.Access to the community pool was nice. Lots of pros to this house, very few cons. Management company was very responsive when we did have an issue with the deck.

Lovely house and beach

Kings Grant is a lovely and quiet development, pool and beach. Management was easy to communicate with. Very easy to drive to Bethany and Fenwick.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay at Kings Grant #35. Beautiful place with only a few suggestions. Make sure all light bulbs are fresh. The bulb on the outside light fixture was out and, because of the fixture’s design, could not be easily replaced. Therefore, it was very dark coming up the steps at night. My mother stayed in the back bedroom and couldn’t get in the tub to take a shower—no handle to help. A walk-in shower would be nice in this instance. Otherwise, fantastic and fun.
