About this property

Modern private and quiet apartment, centrally located. Garden and mountain views

Situated in a rural garden setting with mountain views, our modern 3 bedroom apartment is private, quiet and secure. It has an upstairs lounge and kitchen plus large sunny deck with outdoor dining, seating and BBQ. Downstairs has three bedrooms and a bathroom with twin hand basins, a shower and a laundry. A spa pool is adjacent to the master king bedroom. The two other bedrooms have queen and twin beds.
The apartment is light with plenty of ventilation in the summer, and well heated in winter with a heat pump, wall heater upstairs and portable heaters if required. The king, queen and one single bed have electric blankets in winter.
The property entrance leads you to your own sensor-lit carpark at your front door. There is a shelter by the front door suitable for bike, ski or golf club storage during your stay.

Immediately next door are the Maude Wine Tasting Rooms and Bistro Gentil Restaurant.

You will be welcomed with a free starter pack for your hot drinks, and toast and condiments for the morning. Linen including dressing gowns is included in your fee. The apartment has free wifi and you can tune into your Netflix on the smart TV if you want.
Best suited to one or two couples, or family with one or two adult children.

Lovely Long View
Pam made us feel most welcome right from the start & couldn't have been more helpful when we needed anything. Her place is immaculate, well appointed and the views from the big open deck are stunning. We hope to return!

Brilliant spot
We had a fantastic time here for four nights with our kids. The apartment is an amazing base to explore the area, set in beautiful grounds and the kids loved starting the day with a quick spa. Pamela was a very attentive and helpful host. We will definitely look to stay again if we're in the area

the accommodation was spotless, BBQ upstairs perfect for cooking, Spa downstairs lovely and warm. Next door to Maude winery, and short walk to 2 different craft breweries, Pamela & Jeff great hosts, live on site, and also welcomed us into their house for my Birthday drinks thanks guys :) BUT Elly the border collie was fantastic, anyone that stays must throw her a stick :)

Gorgeous Wanaka apartment
We had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment. The beds were very comfortable, and the place was spotless. The gardens around the apartment were beautiful too. Our kind hosts gave us chocolate & wine on arrival and gave us some fresh plums from their fruit trees. I would highly recommend staying and we would love to come back when returning to Wanaka.

Had a wonderful few nights at this apartment, warm and cosy, amazing beds and duvets, such a great nights sleep. Toasty spa after a days skiing and great location in a lovely garden with spectacular views. Super friendly dog for some puppy therapy :) Thanks for having us !

A Wonderful Stay
During my stay in Wanaka, I was delighted by my selection to stay at this accommodation. Pamela and Jeff were fantastic hosts, and Pamela made us feel incredibly welcome upon our arrival. Geoff and Pam had supplied a generous Welcome Pack (some items from their own fruit trees and veg patch!) for our arrival to their beautifully appointed guest house. Set in their lovely mature garden, we enjoyed privacy and relaxation using the hot tub, bbq and lovely top floor deck. Thank you both.

Wonderful place to stay. It's clean, well appointed, good quality linen and lovely hosts. The spa was great and the views amazing plus we got some good stargazing in. The welcome pack was much appreciated and we really had a great break in Wanaka made better with choosing to stay here.

This is an excellent place to stay whilst in Wanaka. Pam and Geoff are great hosts and the place is very clean, tidy and well appointed. I highly recommend this place as it is close to town and has all you want for a great time in Wanaka.

We stayed here for a week with friends and family visiting throughout.
