Self contained studio room with private entrance and stunning sea views


Self contained studio room with lovely deck, outdoor furniture, BBQ and stunning sea views. New build (2020) with modern furnishings.
You have your own private entrance with onsite parking.
We are only a 5 minute walk to the beach and village. Please note the property is elevated so you have a bit of a climb when walking up the driveway.
The room is fitted with electric blinds for that extra bit of convenience.
Room is fitted with an Air conditioner/Heat Pump.
There is a Smart TV with free Netflix.
We provide free unlimited Fibre Wifi.
Lovely comfortable Queen size bed with all linen and bath towels provided.
Ensuite bathroom has a big shower with double shower heads.
Kitchenette is equipped with Microwave Oven, Kettle, Toaster, Bar Fridge and cutlery.
Tea, instant coffee, sugar and plunger coffee supplied but not topped up during your stay if it runs out.
There is also an outdoor shower to wash off after a day at the beach.
Drying rack to dry towels.
There is a Laundromat at the Top 10 Holiday Park which is only 5 minutes walk from the house.

Please note that the upstairs part of the house is occupied most of the time by the owner. Very quiet owners who respect their guests privacy and comfort.

Everything was perfect and extremely clean. It is only a couple of minutes walk into Russell town but at night it is very quiet. And the view is just breathtaking

What a magic place to stay!
We loved this gorgeous little unit, it was beautifully appointed with everything we needed, and of course phenomenal views! Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and very generous in allowing our kids to pitch a tent on the front lawn. All in all a very memorable stay and we will be back.

Russell Studio
Steve and Yolanda have created a beautiful property in Russell, and the studio was perfect for us. It was just as I expected from the description, plus a couple of questions early on. We had a great stay over a long weekend. This unit is well equipped for a couple and located walking distance from the hub of Russell. Great walking nearby to Flagstaff Hill or Tapeka Point. Highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely stunning quality studio set above Russell township only a short walk to the harbour / cafes / ferries and places of interest. We loved the peacefulness/ the bird song / relaxing on the deck - a real highlight of our trip to Northland.

Amazing spot in Russell
We loved our stay at this cozy unit in Russell! An amazing spot on the hill with beautiful views over the bay, where we spent many nights out on the deck watching the sunset. The place was modern, comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need. We especially appreciated the aircon on hot nights, great shower and electric blinds for the added element of luxury. We will be sure to book again. Highly recommend!

Little Hideaway
This little hideaway was perfect, and very relaxing just what we were after. Accommodation was outstanding loved the shower and the bed ! Walking distance to all the restaurants, beaches and the ferry. Communications with hosts was very good. Will definitely be back

Absolutely stunning!!!!!
We stayed in the most gorgeous unit with the most amazing views over Russell and the surrounding areas. Super private and no distractions. We loved it so much we didn't want to leave and we will surely be back!!! We were close to all the places we wanted to visit and enjoyed the beaches only minutes away. Me and my partner enjoyed the beautiful clean spaces with an awesome shower and a super comfy bed. One of the best weekends ever!!!

We loved this little place, perfect for that getaway we had been hanging out for. Modern, clean and easy. The view was spectacular and the location was perfect for easy access to the Russell village. NB: The shower was to die for. 😍

Amazing!
We loved our stay at this property. We have stayed in many properties in Russell and this is our favourtie. Everything was there that we needed. We were able to relax and unwind on the deck looking at the beautiful view over Russell. Great communication from Yolanda and made booking this property so easy. Awesome location with views over Russell and 3 Min walk to centre. Fabulously clean apartment
5 🌟 apartment, almost brand new and tastefully furnished. Very clean with everything you need for a few days away. The host was super easy to deal with and was very helpful and accommodating. The views over Russell were superb and you could sit there all day taking them in.... We did! Wednesday will stay here again!
