This is a PRIVATE impeccably kept 0ne BEDROOM pet & smoke free SUITE offering 1 full queensize bedroom, a private 4 piece bathroom, living room with reclining leather furniture, a Kitchenette/office area complete with microwave oven, refrigerator, slow-cooker, tea & coffee as well as all china , glassware and plates.. FAST wifi, & a 52inch smart T.V with Netflix is included. Heated floors plus air conditioned for your comfort. Separate thermostats are in each Bedroom and living area.
BEDROOM 2 IS AN OPTION: A SECOND QUEENSIZE BEDROOM AVAILABLE ALLOWING 4 GUESTS RATHER THAN 1 BEDROOM FOR 2 GUESTS. THE MINIMAL UP-CHARGE FOR B/R 2 IS $30.00 / NIGHT per guest over the 2 in room #1. Quiet and homey

Check in was easy, the owners are very kind and helpful. The unit is very comfortable and the location is very convenient. The backyard is the best part of the place its like being in a Greek resort. Overall the stay was great.

This was a nice clean centrally located place to relax after a day in the hot weather. It was so clean that I didn't even mind walking around barefooted, which I never do in a rental. The hosts were easy to talk to about finding places to see. They had a beautiful yard with a fountain that they love to tend to themselves.

Hovering grandparents, not private.

Exterior property was beautiful. White carpet, no shoes allowed in house. No room darking blinds in my bedroom. Inconsistences on check in and out times. Wrong key code and numbers that stuck. Owners in control of air conditioner. It was a miserable 82 degrees in the basement. Inconsistences on pay for an additional bedroom. If you want to have adopted grandparents, I am sure it would be a pleasant stay. I was there to enjoy a short vacation with my adult children. I didn't appreciate the micromanagement, I just wanted a place to shower and sleep.

Wonderful hosts

David and Hermie are wonderful. They were welcoming, asked after our needs, and even invited us for breakfast on our last day there. The house is impeccably clean and the experience was more like staying at a family pension than an anonymous house. It was a terrific stay and we will consider David and Hermie our friends when we move to Calgary.

Hospitable Plus

We only met David, who welcomed us warmly and made sure everything was to our liking. The house is kept impeccably. The location put us within easy reach of Calgary Airport and the Badlands which is what we wanted. Highly recommend!

David and Hermes were wonderful hosts to us as we travelled to Alberta for our daughter's wedding. Communication back and forth before our trip was great.
