This lovely villa is a compliment to our downtown Harbor Springs area. It has so much to offer and accomodates all different groups, whether it be a multi-generational family, group of ladies for a fall weekend away, or just a couple with guests visiting periodically. This nicely decorated townhouse features a functional floorplan with large kitchen, living and dining rooms as well as a main floor primary suite. Upstairs offers three additional bedrooms and two full baths for guests. The covered front porch and private back deck with gas grill offer additional areas for relaxing and entertaining on warm summer days. The neighboring Villa is also available and offers a similar, clean style with quality furnishings and also accomodates 10 people. See Villa East for more information.

Idyllic spot

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With its spacious porch overlooking Main Street, private primary suite and well-stocked kitchen, Villa West is a lovely and accommodating family vacation home. We have rented it many summers and always love our stay.

Great house and lovely hosts!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great house and we really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for an entire month and went skiing at Boyne Highlands, a super short drive. Close enough to town to walk too also. It really was perfect. Huge kitchen and awesome comfortable master. Upgraded very nice appliances and pots pans, etc for a rental unit. There are tons of closets for storage. The one upstairs bathroom walk in was so big that I did yoga in it every day! It was comfortable and all updated, upgraded or new appliances, everything was in working order and the hosts and management company were happy to help in any way. We loved our stay at Villa West! A few things to know: 1. there is no humidifier in the house and it was VERY DRY. If you are going to be staying there in winter bring some room humidifiers with you if you are staying for a month/longer term. I would suggest that the homeowner get a humidifier if they want to always rent in winter to long timers like us. Also, the internet worked great but bring your own fire stick or whatever you use to connect up if you want to watch your own Netflix, Hulu, though they have spectrum tv. Also, there is no mailbox, so there won't be mail going there...we had forwarded our mail but had to change it to general delivery in Harbor Springs. Packages like amazon do get delivered though. All in all we LOVED our stay and thought it was a great value for the rental price also!!!! Only wish we could have stayed ALL WINTER!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th or 5th stay at either Villa East and Villa West. We cannot say enough good about the accommodations and the assistance we receive from Graham Management. We would like to reserve one of the two units for July, 2022 as soon as possible.
