The Space:
This home has everything you need to have a great stay in Taupō! Three bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The master room has its own ensuite and a large wardrobe. There is a fourth bedroom with two single beds, allowing the house to sleep eight guests in total.

There is a full kitchen and laundry with all the appliances you’d expect. The Smart TV has apps such as Netflix and YouTube but no free-to-air channels.

This house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a steep driveway and external stairs to keep in mind if you have mobility issues. There is off-street parking and a double garage to keep your car, or any bikes and equipment you may have brought with you.

The house has an endless supply of hot water with Rinnai gas, so you can enjoy long showers or the spa bath without any worries!

The backyard is fully fenced making it safe for your little ones.

The Neighborhood:
The property is in the Richmond Heights area of Taupō. It is a quick drive to the lake or town centre. At the bottom of the Richmond Heights hill is the ‘Two Mile Bay Sailing Club’ where you can enjoy a drink or pizza or take the Great Lake Pathway to walk around the beach front. A quick drive will take you to the ‘Taupō DeBretts Spa Resort’.

To take advantage of the promotion please check with us first to see if your dates qualify. You will need to book 2 nights and we will block the third consecutive night from the calendar for you to enjoy.

This listing advertises a ‘base’ cleaning fee, which accommodates 1-2 guests. Additional linen and resources are required for larger bookings, so an additional $10 per guest will apply for any bookings of more than 2 guests. We will charge the extra fee separately closer to your check-in date.

When booking, please advise how many beds you require, and we will prepare that quantity for you. A highchair and baby cot may be available on request. Please enquire before booking (bedding for the cot is not provided). Breakfast items are not supplied but there is plenty of tea, coffee, and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper, and oil.

For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.

If you are booking this property on a platform other than Airbnb, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $300.

All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19. In order to keep the linen costs for your stay economical, we do not provide face cloths.

Interaction with Guests:
We have a key box and will provide the pin number 3 days before your check-in date.
