About this property

The apartment (77 m²) that we offer is located on the ground floor of a recent villa (ceiling height 2.10 m) and very quiet on a wooded ground. 5 minutes away you can enjoy the beaches of Saint Cyprien, Cala Rossa, Benedettu and 10 minutes from the beach of Pinarellu.
The accommodation is fully equipped with removable shutters, mosquito nets, fans-coolers, DVD player, Wi Fi, TNT. The 2 bedrooms that compose it are independent and the bedding is very comfortable. The main bathroom has 2 basins, walk-in shower, and toilet and another bathroom with toilet and washing machine are at your disposal.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, hood, espresso and nespresso machine, fridge + freezer.
Linen is free (sheets, towels), and baby equipment is available on request.
For your comfort the beds will be made upon your arrival.
A shaded terrace of 35 m² with pergola, barbecue, table + chairs, deckchairs, outdoor solar shower will allow you to have lunch and dinner quietly.

Sejour pour un mariage

Super agréable

Hôtes accueillants et très discrets, un petit déconvenu et un mal entendu qui nous a laissé amer à la fin de notre séjour. Sinon logement super bien équipé, bien situé. Petits bémols ; logement très humide, une des literies trop molles et faisait un creux au centre. Je recommande mais bien se mettre d’accord au tout début.

Alles war perfekt, genau wie beschrieben. Gute Ausstattung, bequeme Betten, Küchenequipment komplett. Kein SAT TV, nur Antennenempfang. Gutes WIFI. Schöne Terasse. Sehr ruhige Lage, sehr nette Vermieter, super Lage: 3 Minuten zum Bäcker, 10 Minuten zum Supermarkt, 15 Minuten zu den Stränden (mit dem Auto) Vielen Dank Natascha und Frederic, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vacances corse du sud

Le séjour a été exceptionnel, le logement est vraiment très bien et fonctionnel ! La localisation est vraiment top vraiment rien a dire ! Très agréable sejour je recommande sans hésiter. De plus, Natasha est une personne très accueillante et chaleureuse !

Excellente location

Très joli appartement en rez de chaussée avec un bel extérieur, le tout parfaitement propre et bien équipé (équipements modernes et fonctionnels). Les espaces sont grands et bien pensés. Idéal pour une famille, même avec un bébé ! Nous y avons retrouvé tout le confort, comme à la maison. Natacha et Frédéric sont de belles personnes, disponibles et aux petits soins pour leurs vacanciers. Je recommande à 100% !

Comme à la maison

Nous avons séjourné chez Natacha et Frédéric du 27 mai au 10 juin. Nous avons apprécié leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Nous étions comme à la maison, c'est à dire avec tout le confort, rien ne manquait dans cet agréable appartement au calme avec un joli jardin. Nous vous recommandons donc particulièrement cette location ou nous n'hésiterions pas à revenir si on devait passer à nouveau des vacances en Corse.
