Easy walk to everything in Dewey Beach. Parking for 3 cars. Saturday to Saturday. NO SMOKING, NO PETS. Beds: Double + 2 Singles, 2 Singles, 1 Double. Occupancy limit to 7. 140 dollar cleaning fee for all rentals less than a week.

Great view, run down property

Rats in the walls, indoor shower unusable due to lack of light, terrible mattresses, poor water pressure, kitchen counters warped and not clean, screen door doesn't close letting in flys, AC unit very noisy and doesn't cool front room. Great view and good internet service. I paid too much money for the poor quality accomodations.
