Casa agradável com piscina grande, ótima estadia

A casa é agradável, não tivemos problema algum com infraestrutura. Fica próximo ao centro comercial do morada da praia. São 2km da praia e fomos de carro todos os dias, mas andar no condomínio é muito tranquilo se quiser ir de bicicleta etc. O Adelson é muito atencioso e simpático. Ficou na mesma rua durante nossa estadia então estava sempre disponível pra ajudar se fosse necessário. Único ponto é que o qusrro da edícula não estava tão limpo quando chegamos e às vezes o dono precisava entrar na casa para usar seu escritório pessoal que fica na edícula. Não tivemos problema algum com isso, mas se for alugar a casa saiba que talvez o dono precise acessar o imóvel. No geral adorei a casa e estadia. Voltaremos se houver a oportunidade! :)

Adoramos a casa, Sr. Adelson muito atencioso e prestativo, o condomínio é maravilhoso, tem toda infraestrutura e segurança, você não precisa sair de la para nada, casa é longe da praia mas isso não é problema pois você vai de carro até a portaria e deixa o carro dentro do condomínio, tendo que somente atravessar passarela e já estar na praia, que alias tem ótimas barracas.

Ótima casa

Adorei a estadia na casa, o imóvel é excelente em sua área de lazer e possui todas as condições para uma boa estadia! Roberto sempre muito prestativo e atencioso, o condomínio oferece toda a estrutura de suporte e de acesso à praia, por sinal ótima, com vários quiosque sendo criados, alguns já prontos.
