Beautiful + renovated 4 bedroom home in PRIME location!
Welcome to 34 Riverside drive, waterfront property, perfect for kayaking and within walking distance to DT Shediac.
Beautiful Parlee beach is also near by, aprox 5 min drive.
The stylish house is fully equipped with 50” Tv, 2 Queen bed, 2 double beds, office desk, dinning area, living room, heat pump(AC) laundry room, (washer and dryer) BBQ , big patio with outdoor seating and yard to play, lots of parking, high speed internet and much more.
Mature tenants, no dogs.

*** Water is across the street, but its a perfect place to launch your kayak or paddle board. You can swim, but soil may be a bit muddy at points.

Very nice location!

Très bien situé, près de tout, restaurant, poissonnerie, magasin, épicerie.

Très satisfaits de notre séjour. Les enfants ont été très heureux, d’être près de l’eau pour la pêche, et la Paddel board. Je recommande votre maison à tout vacanciers.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour! La propriété était super bien situé et que dire de la vue! Wow! Nous nous sommes déplacés à pied, même avec les enfants (7 mois et 6 ans), tout était très près. Marché local, resto, café, chocolaterie, épicerie, musée du homard, etc. Les plages étaient très près en voiture aussi. Un magnifique séjour et la communication avec le propriétaire était très efficace et rapide. Merci beaucoup!

The property is in a great area with an awesome view! The place was very clean, and had all the amenities we needed! Walking distance to downtown! Our week was definitely a hot one so we were thankful for the AC

Great for exploring

The property was located near shops, restaurants and a very short drive to the beach. Moncton is a 30 min drive to downtown and there are many day trip options including other Maritime Provinces.

Seul chose que j'aurais à dire c'est que l'espace est restreinte dans la cuisine pour le nombre de personne quelle peut contenir. En général c'est super !
