LOCATION: Just one block away from beautiful Miami Beach, The Carmela by Roami is your gateway to the best that Miami has to offer. Be it stunning beaches, delectable restaurants or insightful museums, The Carmela lets you make the most of your time in Miami.

The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BEDROOMS: This property sleeps 4 guests in 2 beds and 2 guests on a sofa bed. The TV is located in the living room. See bed count below.

- Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2)
- Common Area: 1 Queen sofa bed (Sleeps 2)* Additional beds cannot be provided.

BATHROOM: The fully renovated bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully renovated and stocked (100-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

PARKING: Valet Parking at Hampton Inn $45/night (The price may be subject to change without prior notice).

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 6 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix.

On weekends Miami Beach comes alive with many bars and restaurants. We provide a white noise machine and ear plugs in each bedroom for light sleepers.

Good value for the price, but could have been better

Overall - we enjoyed the unit, and would stay there again. Was it perfect? No. What was good? The unit looked just as listed and was comfortable and roomy. The bedding and linens and towels were really nice and enjoyable. All the supplies for making coffee were already in the unit, and extras were readily available in the lobby. The building was code-locked in addition to the room so we felt secure. Shopping for the basics was easy, with CVS right around the corner and other small local markets a short walk away. What was not good? There's no on-site parking, but we could valet park at the hotel next door for about $50 per day. That was not indicated at all in the check-in instructions, so we ended up on the phone with the property manager while driving around in rush hour traffic to get that sorted out. The unit needed some maintenance - toilet seat, bed, wallpaper - none were showstoppers, but frustrating. Water pressure was not good, and that was most obvious in the shower. Again, good overall, and we'd do some things different, but would stay there again.

black mold in every single room AC unit

Unfortunately this is the worst place to stay we ever picked ..looks much better on the picture, wasn't very clean but worst part was mold on&in all wall AC units...since day one I was trying to communicate with management requesting someone to clean the units for us, nobody cared - until our last day of our stay (they called me they have somebody to take care of this)...they don't probably realize how hazardous to your health mold is!! My son ended up congested with horrible cough - that's why I am thinking about taking this further!! Don't recommend this place at all

Amazing!!!

From the beginning when I contacted them about my kids they were super nice and helpful. Before we got to a place we got clear instructions how to get in and how to check in. When we got to the apartment it was set up beautifully and very clean. The entire building is for the guess to stay in and organized for your convenience. When we got in we had a few questions and got answered right away. Check out was super easy. Overall We stayed for 5 days with 4 kids and I can only say good things. Highly recommend and when we go back to Miami we will be staying there again. Thank you!

Great location but needs an overhaul

The location is great! A quick walk to the beach and boardwalk with restaurants within walking distance. The building is older- think low water pressure and noise from the street corner outside. It is a beach rental and there was sand on the floors when we checked in. Kitchen is tiny - really only good for breakfast or take out. (Needs a hand towel or two in the kitchen.) The apartment is small- wouldn’t book for more than 4 people since there are limited places to sit. (Need a few more hooks to hang bathroom towels, beach towels and bathing suits so they can dry.) The hallway of the third floor is rough- the building needs some infrastructure updates and looks worn. Save money on parking by using the public lot near 41st street. It is a max of $8 a day instead of the $40 charged by the adjoining hotel. The public parking is about an 8 - 10 minute walk to the apartment.

My stay here was incredible! I've come to Miami many times and this is by far the best place I've stayed. The location is super convenient considering the beach is a 5 minute walk away. The description and pictures are extremely accurate. The property and the room were really clean and modern and I felt very safe staying here. The hosts are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and they always answer in a timely manner. I have pretty high standards when it comes to my living space and this place met all of them. I would highly recommend staying here and I will be sure to stay here again the next time I visit!!!

Good location. No internet

The location was very good even with the construction traffic. We had intermittent internet in the beginning and the it just stopped for the last three days. I contacted the rental and was told that they would get right on it but it was never fixed
