LOCATION: Take in endless ocean views from the rooftop pool deck or take a short 6 minute walk to the beach! Sunny Isles by Roami is the perfect home base for exploring everything Sunny Isles and South Florida has to offer.

The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BEDROOMS: This property sleeps 6 guests in 3 beds. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:
- Bedroom 1: 1 King (Sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: 1 King (Sleeps 2)

BATHROOM: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

AMENITIES: This property includes a rooftop pool with expansive views of the ocean and Sunny Isles skyline.

FREE PARKING: Two unassigned spaces are available in the gated garage, free of charge but on a first-come, first-served basis.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 4 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix.

AREA: The approximate unit size is 1396 square feet.

This is a pet-friendly property; first pet: 150.00 USD plus tax, second pet: Additional 250.00 USD plus tax. A total of 400.00 USD plus tax is to be collected if you will bring 2 pets regardless of size or breed.

Water pressure was horrible and non existent in some places. Accommodations didn’t have appropriate seating or lounge furniture. We wouldn’t come back and honestly feel we overpaid for what we received.

Sextant stay

This property was as described. The place itself is in a great area a short block from the beach and Collins Ave. The area was very safe to walk around. Pros, the rooftop pool was heated and wonderful. The check in was easy as well. Parking was easy. The only negatives was it had a few minor issues with cleanliness. The other downside was no cable TV to get local news and weather. I would stay here again.

Walking Distance to the Beach

Great location and super close to the beach. Beds were comfy although one of them had a broken leg. Didn't get a chance to to take advantage of the pool but it's on the 7th floor and give you a great view of the skyline. Weight room was kind of lacking but it wasn't a big deal. Parking is tight so it's not easy to navigate with a larger SUV or pick-up.

The unit was nice and clean. The location and parking was fabulous.. Check was a bit of a hassle.. but customer service did a great job of resolving the issue.. even though I had to pay an additional $130 for adding two additional guest to the list although the room capacity allowed six guest. the toilets in both bathrooms did not work properly.. Other than toilet and check in issues.. the condo was nice, clean and served the purpose intended!

Nothing Fancy but Fine

Three of us met here to have a meting. The location was good. It was great for what we needed which was a space to work in and sleep in. The kitchen table worked great for us to work at. The coffee table was missing the glass top so that made it difficult to put a laptop or food on. There were no dressers or anything to set your suitcase on. Despite these items I would use it again if I needed to.
