Check out our FIREWORKS view! Our condo in the prestigious Windsor Hills resort is located minutes from Walt Disney World Resort's entrance which allows you to come home from the parks for a nap or meal and head back later in the day. It offers more than 1400 square feet of living space and is located on the quiet 4th (top) floor accessed by 2 elevators. It is in the closest building to the clubhouse and pool area. View of EPCOT FIREWORKS is available from the condo!

The condo has also has a digital door lock, video doorbell, and SMART thermostat. In addition, there are USB charging outlets in every room.

The well-equipped galley kitchen includes a stove, full size refrigerator with ice trays, dishwasher, microwave, K cup and traditional coffee machines, sink waste disposal and all the dishes and utensils you may require during your stay.

It offers a large, open concept dining/living room with a 55” SMART TV and leather sofas. You can even see the nightly FIREWORKS from the screened lanai, two back bedrooms, and living area windows.

The master suite has a king-size bed, 50" flat screen SMART TV, and an ensuite bathroom. A second large bedroom has a king-size bed, 50" HD TV and private access to the main bathroom. The third bedroom is perfect for children with its two twin-size beds. There is also a 27” flat screen TV in the room. All TVs have TIVO and access to most streaming video accounts.

We also have a pack and play that you may use for your little ones!

You will have access to the full size washer, dryer, and iron which are all located in our condo. All linens and bath towels are provided. As with most vacation rentals, minimal consumable toiletries are provided. Consider a trip to the nearby Walmart or Target to get any extra items you may need. Additionally, Amazon Prime Now delivers within hours right to our door!

Included are digital TV service, free local, USA phone calls and access to Wi-Fi.

Windsor Hills is renowned for its proximity to Walt Disney World, security (24-hour security guard gated), cleanliness and amenities which include:

The property is excellent. We have stayed here several times and it is excellent every time. They keep it clean and also freshly painted. It is an outstanding place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone. The host is also outstanding.

Great Location & Property!

The property was very clean, luxurious, and the screened in patio area was outstanding. The location was great! Close to the Disney parks, close to countless eating establishments, Walmart is near by if you need anything, close to outlet malls and other great attractions. We really enjoyed staying here and would DEFINITELY stay her again.

This condo was perfect for our family get-away! It had everything we needed. Plus it is super close to the pool! Fireworks were a nice extra perk too! The place is much larger in person than the photos. We had lots of room to spread out.

Perfect stay! Top floor is great for noise reduction. So close to pool! Did rope drop and then afternoon rests for WDW. Close enough to go back again for the evenings. Awesome time!

Nice Locations

We have stayed at Windsor Hills many times, and this is the nicest place that we stayed in. It is the closest to the pool but more important the unit does not face the pool area because the music at the pool is annoyingly loud in units facing the pool in this building. We cook most meals in, and the kitchen has everything that you might need - -and not the cheap stuff you usually get in rental units.

This was an excellent place to stay for our family Disney trip! Very close to parks and an easy drive. Harold was quick to reply with any questions I had. The property manager never returned my call, so Harold took care of the problem quickly. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Would definitely stay again!!!

Clean and close to the parks

We stayed for 5 days for our trip to Disney. The check in process was easy, the condo was clean, and Harold was responsive to any questions I had. After spending all day at the parks it was nice to come back and have a little space to spread out. The condo had everythinv we needed. The resort community is also wonderful. My boys enjoyed the game room, and I enjoyed the fitness center. The pool area was beautiful as well. I would definitely return.

Nice Condo - As advertised

Check in went smoothly and owner provided all necessary information. Condo is very nice. Complex has very nice pool area with plenty of room during the day as many guests are away attending the parks. All was pretty much as expected.

Great Place, Clean and Quiet

Great place! Close to parks! Very quiet! Very clean! Kids loved it! Well equipped with general material necessities! Be sure to take towels to the pool! All we had to buy was some dish soap and toilet paper with our groceries! The grocery store is also very close. We will definitely come back in the future.

Great condo, perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay here over Thanksgiving. Condo was in great shape and kitchen had all we needed cook a few light meals. Perfect location, both to Disney and the pool! I would absolutely rent from Harold again. He was great to work with and repsonded quickly to any questions. The only improvement I would suggest would be to put a code lock on the door. There was a lock box with the key so we didn't have to go to a management company to get it (which is a deal breaker) but I was terrified all week of losing the key.

Great Choice for a Disney Vacation

The condo was as good and in many ways better than advertised. It was clean, spacious, and well-decorated. The location was perfect for returning to take an afternoon break. It was also close for the days when we wanted to arrive for the rope drop. We ordered online and had groceries delivered from Publix which meant extra pool time on our first day. The kitchen has all the tools you may need but as other reviewers mentioned plan on bringing/buying TP, dish soap, a few trash bags, and laundry soap if you're staying a few days. The convenience store on site has some basic items but you will pay for the convenience. The pool water was warm. Plan on bringing some toys down to keep the kids busy if the slide loses its novelty. The double-slide area was still awaiting a permit/inspection and was closed off. We went to Cocoa Beach one day and appreciated the sand toys and cooler! The owners were helpful and quick to respond to our emails before and during our trip. Overall, this was the perfect place for our family for a 6-day visit!

Wonderful place to stay

Everything was good had a leak in the kitchen they came and fixed right away. The shower in the bathroom with the tub makes a funny noise you might want to check out. But we had a wonderful stay
