The living space features a large sectional sofa for 6-8 adults, 50in smart TV, stepdown bar and views of the pool, spa and the mountains. The living space opens up to the outdoor seating area. The main bedroom features a king bed, with a 50in. smart TV, ceiling fan, and backyard views. The main bath features a walk-in closet, shower/tub combo, double vanity with plenty of counter space. The middle guest bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with shower and closet. Second guest bedroom also features a queen bed, a 40 inch smart TV, celling fan, and access to the jack-and-jill bathroom with a standard closet. All bedrooms include blackout curtains for those who like to sleep-in.
POOL HEAT
Pool heating is an optional amenity and not included in the nightly rental rate. Pool heating may be added during the booking process. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and on size of the pool.
