The location was great.

They had recently changed the policy for early arrivals. The listing says we are able to use the resort amenities until we check in at 4, but they want the case and we spent 2 hours trying to get in. The hot water in the master bath is switched between hot and cold. Didn’t figure it out until the last day. Everything else was very good.

Very nice condo but needs maintenance

Very good location, building and facilities. The condo itself is nice and had great views, is very spacious and modern. The main complaint is that it definitely needs maintenance. Living room sliding glass door and screen do not open smoothly and require quite a bit of force; one chair on the balcony is broken and was not marked as such almost causing a fall when first used; master bathroom shower faucet requires lots of adjusting to find the point where you get hot water; other bathroom shower faucet handle is broken, Message received before arrival said to bring your own dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. We've stayed at a lot of VRBOs and these are usually provided, especially at the price (on arrival there were dishwasher tablets there, but the email did not make for a warm welcome).. Having said these negatives we have been to Puerto Penasco several times and always enjoy the Sonoran resorts. This condo could easily get a 5 star rating from us if these items were fixed and ongoing maintenance was improved.

Check in was easy!! Beautiful Unit

This was our second annual ladies trip to Rocky Point . The Sonoran Sea is a beautiful resort and always our first choice. I owned there years ago and it always feels like coming home. The unit was beautiful, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed!

Great place. Just a few little things. Needs toilet paper holders and toilet seat that fits toilet. Maybe a little step stool for big high bed ( I am only 5’2” and had a hard time getting up in the bed. Otherwise great place great location.

Very nice condo in a great location

Had a wonderful time at the resort. The listing photo from the patio is exactly what you see and was perfect. Thanks to the property manager for letting us check in early so we could make the most of our time there.

Perfect Festival Weekend

This is a lovely condo at Sonoran Sea. Fortunately, we had beautiful weather and were able to have the doors open to the lovely patio for our entire stay. The view from the patio is absolutely gorgeous. This is a great condo with all the amenities you can possibly need and at a great location.

Great Weekend

David's unit ready earlier than expected which was great after the drive down from Phoenix. Unit was clean and all appliances worked great. Great tip from David on what to bring including beach towels. We had a few questions and David responded immediately. Look for to going back soon.
