Very pretty and clean!

Excellent Location and unit.

The duplex is just 3 blocks from the beach, about 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center and Old Town Cocoa Beach. The rental is very clean with everything needed for a relaxing, pleasant stay.

Great property!!

Wonderful Hosts and Accommodations

The accommodations were very nice, roomy and comfortable. The amenities and little touches were above and beyond what we expected and were greatly appreciated. Great outdoor spaces. Short walk to the beach. Communication from the hosts was welcoming and helpful. We will definitely return.

Just what we needed

I can’t say enough good things about the property and the management! We had a death in the family and they worked with us to shift our trip. Everything we needed was there! And I mean EVERYTHING except food and clothes! The beach is right down the street and there is parking, so that was perfect. We were able to see 2 rocket launches while we were there too. Will stay again!

Perfect

If I could give 10 stars I would, it’s just about 5 min walk to the beach. We checked in and loved the place on the spot. They had everything we needed for our weekend stay and more. We had one tech issue and Andrea took care of that the next day and we were golden from there. The checkout process was easy as they sent it before we checked in. The little pink sticky notes around reminded you of things to do which I absolutely loved. We would definitely stay here again. It’s close to all the places we like to go, Joanne’s Beach Cafe, Preachers, Lori Wilson Park, Veterans Memorial Park and of course the beach.

Met our need

Our son is living in the area for a summer internship. This location met all our needs. The host communicated timely and only as needed, it was clear she would be attentive to any thing we needed her for. Thankfully we didn’t need her for anything during the stay. These comments are only suggestions and not meant for any other reason. I suggest mentioning the gate has to be pushed pretty hard as the wheel pivots and can make the gate seem as if it won’t open, only confusing when you first arrive. Also, a couple more board games or card games would be helpful but not required! Great place, clean, no bugs, and conveniently located! Love that they had all the beach needs including towels, made the trip much easier! Thank you!

Great Stay for the Family

No complaints at all with the house. It was a perfect place & location for us to stay. I do want to point out that my wife complimented on how clean everything was. She normally never says that about any of the places we have stayed at before. She ends up cleaning the place before we can actually settle in. With a toddler, this is important to us. So, kudos!

A hop, skip, and jump

This beach duplex was a wonderful find! This was the first time our family stayed away from and not at a beach front resort. I didn’t know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised by the ease of getting to the beach and the quiet atmosphere while enjoying the ocean. The owner has thought of everything to make our stay memorable with beach supplies, plenty of linens for our family of five, and outdoor activities such as a grill, fire pit, and corn hole! We appreciated all the extras that were there for us to use. This is a great place to stay!

Cute and clean! The owners set you up for the ultimate beach vacation with beach bags and towels, beach chairs and umbrella, bikes, and an outside shower to rinse off sand. Awesome location at an easy walk from the beach, restaurants and shops.

Perfect rental for our adult weekend getaway!

After a lot of flight headaches and long day of traveling it was so nice to finally get to the rental and be relieved there were no surprises. It was just lovely! Homey and comfortable, beautifully decorated with a fun beachy vibe. We wanted for nothing and appreciated all the thoughtful little details. From extra hooks in the bathrooms, hotel toiletries, plenty of fresh linens, water and coffee to big details like bikes and all the beach gear. We really loved sitting around the fire at night and the pleasant walk to the beach. We also appreciated how clean it was. Our hosts were extremely nice and attentive to boot!

Christmas in Cape Canaveral 🎄

This vacation townhouse was very nice! Very clean, spacious, and feels like home. Really enjoyed waking up and walking to the beach to have a morning coffee and watching the sunrise. There are tons of restaurants and stores to shop at close by. Don’t necessarily need a car unless you want to do farther site seeing, but if your staying close, everything is in walking distance or a short taxi ride. Would def recommend this place for a family getaway and hope to rent it again. Thank you to the home owner for having such a nice property!

Marvelous
