Cape Coral Family vacation trip.

Cape Coral Review: 1 House exterior needs a face lift old sliders and coming into front door area not really appealing to start out. 2 Garage absolutely smells like dog mess. It has a door way to the washer/ dryer room and then to the house so it permeated throughout and we bought air fresheners and air freshener sprays for that issue. 3 Our mattress and pillows were subpar and the one we slept in was horrible. 4 Pool area is also in need of an upgrade. Grill and wet bar are rusting. Wet bar drain is clogged. Pool was being filled with a garden hose when we got here through the lanae screen door bottom. Canal concrete patio is degrading and no chairs to sit out there like the pictures showed. 5 No bureau in twin bed room. This room has no doors! Looked like the toy and kids playroom and not an actual bedroom. Bedrooms have a closet! 6 There were roofers that wanted to work on Saturday and we told them no because no one told us beforehand. We then called and no one returned our call. 7 miscellaneous charges on top are ridiculous. . And they charge a weekly electricity. Will not rent this place again.

Beautiful vacations

Tangerine sky is a perfect place for a family vacation It is a very nice house with all the amenities extremely clean, including a pool table which I love. It is located in a very calm and quiet neighborhood very close to many tourist attractions.It was really a very pleasant experience. Thank you very much

Communication from property manager not good

Very nice house. Spacious. The only issue we had is we arrived on a Tuesday to the washer not working. Which wasn’t to much of an issue because things happen we get it. It was the evening so we waited to call the next day. I called Wednesday. The property manager thought it was a plumbing issue so sent a plumber out on Wednesday. We didn’t get back til the evening so I waited til Thursday to call and ask update. He said it was an appliance issue that a guy was planning to be out Thursday to fix. We get back Thursday evening and it still wasn’t fixed so I was nice and waited til Friday to call. I called at 8:50 in the am and he was rude and stated that “it’s like 9 in the morning I’m barely out of the shower yet” then told me that the appliance guy said the washer pump went out and they were waiting for the owner to approve new washer. In this process I talked to another lady that was very kind and apologetic for the guys behavior. She even went out of her way to call and let me know that the washer wouldn’t be there til Monday. The property manager didn’t even call and let me know that. I feel like he should have went out of his way to call and give me updates not me have to call and ask. We didn’t get to do laundry one time while gone which was really inconvenient. We only had so many towels and had 8 adults staying in the house. I feel like it should have been a bigger priority. On Friday the kind lady did offer to take our clothes and towels to the laundry mat and get them washed and pay for it for us though.

Nice home in quiet location.

This was a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. House had all the basic amenities that you needed.

Good location. House was very clean. Only thing that surprised me was that there wasn’t any hair dryers. Air went out one day and was fixed promptly. Had a great time. Thanks
