LOCATION: Grove27 by Roami makes the perfect home base for exploring Miami and each unit is complete with all the conveniences of home. This fantastic gateway to Miami is only a 10 minute drive from Coconut Grove and the Miracle Mile, and 20 minutes away from South Beach.

The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BEDROOM: This property sleeps 2 guests in 1 bed and 2 guests on a sofa bed. See bed count below.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully renovated and stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

PARKING: Available paid onsite parking ($10 per night).

-One-bedroom reservations are permitted one car for parking.
-Two and three-bedroom reservations are allowed for two cars for parking.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 4 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix.

AREA: The approximate unit size is 884 square feet.

Convenient, safe in Coconut Grove

The underground secure parking was a real plus. The location on SW 27th was convenient to everything yet away from the highest traffic areas. If road noise bothers you, however, please take note that you will hear the cars, but it decreased significantly by 10pm or so. The apartment was large and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped enough for snacks, but it would be difficult to cook anything of substance there, so keep that in mind for those considering a longer term stay.
