• Lots of beds to suit big group, with comfortable pillows mattresses
• 11mins walk to train station, 30mins to Melbourne CBD
• The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishwasher, oven, microwave and all the utensils
• Washing detergent is available for use with tumble dryer combined
• Outdoor garden
• Cleaning fee is charged only once during your entire period of stay
(No charge for infant and kids under 2 years old)
Plus this home is so close to many great cafes, restaurants and speciality stores.

- No parties allowed
- Quite hours after 9pm
- If neighbours complained and local council gets involved a $600 penalty applied.
-We are strict in number of guest checking in to be matches number of guest booked. At any one point of time unless approved by host. Therefore, please confirm prior/time of booking. And only use the number of beds associated to the number of people on the booking. Additional cleaning apply if use extra beds.
-The person must respect read house manual before contacting hosts.
-$200/day penalty for smoking inside the house.
-$50/30mins for late checkout and will be liable to pay the next guest’s booking cancellation.
-$50 per key replacement
Breaking any of the above rules will result in your booking to be cancelled instantly. And any further fees including court cases will be at your own cost.
