SUMMARY
Blackcomb Greens #36 is a spacious townhome overlooking the 1st fairway of the legendary Chateau Whistler Golf Course, has been beautifully decorated and features vaulted ceilings, a full kitchen with a Keurig, cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace. Equipped with a portable AC unit with a window vent in the main living space only, a BBQ on your private deck and in suite laundry.
1,700 sq. ft spread out over two levels, this home offers you the perfect amount of room for your whole family including a communal hot tub for your enjoyment.
On the main floor you will find your spacious, open-concept living area which is perfect for your family gatherings and entertainment with plenty of games supplied. On this floor you will also find a full bath and 2 bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the other has a king/twin split in which you can make up as either a king or 2 twins plus a bunk bed.
Head upstairs where you have your own floor for your primary bedroom with a king bed, private balcony and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a soaker tub and stand up glass enclosed shower.
Please note: Hot Tub closure and Common Area Construction of Foundation Membrane will be taken place from April 7 2025 onwards throughout Summer and Fall.

LOCATION
The location is unbeatable, it is a peaceful and tranquil mountain retreat yet is remarkably close to all the amenities that Whistler has to offer. From here, it is less than 10 minutes' walk to the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, a few minutes further to the village and also a short walk to the beautiful Lost Lake and plenty of walking and biking trails! Alternatively, you are on the free shuttle route which is just a quick ride to the village and gondolas.
BOOKING DETAILS
The 50% deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival, with remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. These payments are non-refundable once processed.
For credit card payments, a 3.5% processing fee is automatically applied to all payments.
