SUMMARY

Treeline #27 was fully renovated in fall 2022, this property is sure to impress with its luxurious comfort and quality finishing's. Nestled in the trees, this 1,650 sq ft home features the quiet seclusion of a mountain retreat in the Upper Village on Blackcomb.

Whether skiing or shopping, catch your free shuttle all year long approximately every 15 minutes until 1 AM, which stops right at the complex entrance. It's a short ride to all the shops, restaurants and amenities in the village! When winter is in full swing, you can even SKI IN right to the complex.

Enter into the main level foyer, with ample gear and clothing storage, along with a boot heater for 6 pairs of boots. An outdoor ski locker is also available just outside the front door. Continue to an open floor-plan kitchen and living area with half bath. The kitchen comes fully equipped with upgraded appliances including microwave, dishwasher, quartz countertops, two ovens, and dining area. Enjoy the comfortable sofa and chairs around the electric fireplace, with TV/DVD entertainment unit. Or enjoy the views from your covered deck while you BBQ a hearty dinner.

Other features include in-suite laundry, high speed wireless internet, complimentary underground parking for 1 vehicle. Additional visitor parking may be available also. This complex also offers a communal hot tub.

BEDDING

The lower level features two bedrooms, each with the option of being a king bed or two twin beds. This level also offers one full bathroom. The entire top floor is the primary bedroom with king bed, private TV, and full en-suite bath. With plenty of bedding options this home is the perfect choice for a couples retreat or a large family needing separate beds!

BOOKING DETAILS

The 50% deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival, with remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. These payments are non-refundable once processed.

Gorgeous Condo!

The condo is beautifully renovated and in a quiet neighborhood on the shuttle route. Very convenient to access the shuttle which stops right outside the complex. The condo is stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook including basics like salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc. Extremely clean. comfortable beds. All floors are heated which is a real luxury on a winter vacation! The management company is very helpful and for those who have never been to Whistler they provide all the information you need for a smooth trip. If I ever return to Whistler, I will definitely book this condo again!
