Welcome to our light, modern, comfortable home with an outdoor seating area and fully fenced backyard. All the modern conveniences are here and such a great location to both beaches - surf and harbour, shops, golf courses, hot pools, cafes and restaurants. This is the perfect location for a family holiday - summer or escaping winter.
The beautiful sandy beach of Mount Maunganui is a 5 minute stroll away. Check out the famous surf, enjoy a relaxing beach walk, walk around and/or up the Mount (Mauao) or explore the shops, cafes and bars.
The sports ground "Blake Park" is located at the end of the street, so very close if you have sports events in the area. So, our beach house is waiting for you to make memories at.

Place was clean and tidy. 10 mins walk to the beach. Our daughter enjoyed the puzzles and beach toys. 2 minute drive to supermarket and shops. Good showers. Internal access to the garage. Racks to hang clothes on. Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge.

Great house for a family holiday
We had a great stay with our children and the grandparents. House had everything we needed and suited us well. Nice short walk to the beach next to the lifeguard tower. Supermarket also a walk or short drive away!

Great stay at Mount Maunganui for Christmas. The house worked well for our family. Really helpful being fully fenced with our young children. A short walk to the beach and café.

A lovely beach house
We had a great weekend away in the Mount celebrating New Years and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Helen’s beach house is clean, comfy and in a great location in Mount Maunganui. This house is so well equipped for everything you need for a summer holiday at the beach!

Accurately advertised. Conveniently located and clean, well provided place for our group of 3 adults and 2 children during AIMS games. Due to dietary needs, having a well provided kitchen was excellent for us. Warm property. Would stay again if need arose

Perfect Place to Catch up with Friends
We had a lovely time, it was a perfect place to catch up with friends from Hawkes Bay and the Coromandel. The house was ideal, with nice bedrooms and lovely flow from the kitchen through the dining room and into the lounge. The house was easy walking to the cafe and beach. Very clean and tidy, thank you.

Fantastic long weekend at The Mount
This holiday house is well presented, excellently equiped, with great communications from Helen. The location is close to Tay St cafe for coffee and a nice swim, just across the road from the cafe. Highly recommended.

We love Mount Maunganui and have been visiting family here for over 20 years. The surf and the walks are awesome!

A 5-minute stroll to Tay St beach and cafe is our highlight!
There are so many beautiful walks and the views around the Mount and Pilot Bay are just gorgeous. Being close to shops and restaurants is an added attraction.
