Franklin Green 2 - Saco Bay Rentals

Located at the popular Franklin Green Condominium! This spacious end unit 2-bedroom condo has 1 & 1/2 bathrooms, is a 2-story condo with a large updated eat-in kitchen with beautiful granite counters tops.  About a 4 minute walk to the beautiful Grand beach and also walk to the Old Orchard Beach Pier, while still being nestled away in a neighborhood. Condo is great for a family with small children as the second bedroom has a pyramid bunk and a trundle bed.  In addition to the 2 bedrooms, there are also two full futons in the living room that can be used for older children or overnight guests (overnight guests must be listed in the rental agreement). 

Home has a new washer/dryer (2023), WIFI, ROKU TV, and 2 A/C wall units, one in each bedroom located upstairs. On those rare hot and humid days, just leave the bedroom door open, and the a/c will cool the entire condo. Home offers beach chairs and a wagon to take to the beach, an electric BBQ grill, and off-street parking for two cars. Nice front yard area to sit in or for kids to play. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo upstairs + 1/2 Bathroom 1st floor.

Really nice

This was a perfect location, size of condo. Perfect for families. There were 7 of us, 3 adults and 4 children. About an 8 minute walk to the pier. Lovely vacation.

Perfect vacation

We have been vacationing in OOB for 7 years but our extended family has grown so much that we all need our own space. This was the perfect spot for our family of 3. Close to the pier and just down the road from the rest of our family. The condo was homey and comfortable and Casey, the property manager, could not have been more helpful. Seriously, this made our vacation so easy and we couldn’t have been happier. Thank you so much!!

Absolutely Perfecr! The place had everything needed plus more.

We had an amazing time. Professional. Clean. Beautiful place. Things we forgot or didn’t think of, they had. Felt very comfortably and at home. Critique. Maybe more pots and pans. Internet was slow (on par with cell service in area so no surprise) (also had 5 teens with us!) TV’s a bit small but wasn’t there to watch tv!! (Again, the kids were! Ha) Overall, was such an amazing perfect week. No complaints at all with house. Was soooooo good!! Thank you so much the hospitality!

Great location!

Overall the stay was pretty good. The location is perfect walking distance and the house was perfect for the week. I really appreciated the cart for the beach!!! Thanks for sharing!! The only thing I would say as a negative was that there was a lot of sand in couches and floors when we first got there. There was no comforter on the primary bedroom bed and the comforter on the bunk bed was stained with a red substance. We had to go out and purchase comforters.

Great property, Close to it all but far enough away.

We really enjoyed our stay, house was clean And just as it was pictured and described. House was super kid friendly also. Casey was great as she answered questions throughout the week as needed. Super close to downtown where all the shops are as well as rides and icecream but far away enough that you don’t hear a thing!
