Snyder's Rest, A is a ground level one bedroom, one bath triplex located at 115 6th St North, in Bradenton Beach. Just one house from the bay, enjoy bay views just off the living room or take a short stroll to the beautiful Gulf beaches.

Nestled near the base of Cortez bridge, walk right over to Historic Bridge street with plenty of shopping, fishing, parasailing and great restaurants just blocks away. You may not even need a car with a free trolley available to explore the entire Island.

Enjoy a quaint, open floor plan with a queen size bed and pull out sofa in the living room.

There is a brand new washer and dryer shared between these two units.

Snyders Rest can be rented as little as three nights during the Summer and Fall and a weekly minimum in the winter.

This unit is pet friendly.

Parking is limited to two cars.

Television operates on a streaming service only (no local cable service is provided).

Could use a swifter or small vacuum for cleaning up after your pet since it is pet friendly. And maybe an air mattress for company instead of the sofa bed.

Yes it was perfect for the price I pay, off season at the end of April, not too far from the sea very private 31/2 apartment really spacious, a special place for my car, even a bidet in the bathroom and the management very gentle what can I ask more then that ? I’m telling you it was perfect

The management is superior. I would rent from them again. The bathroom and flooring needs replaced but the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was nice. The location was perfect. There was construction next door but they were quiet. You really did not know they were there. Love Anna Maria Island.

Reviewer Comments: Pros: quiet dead end road, close to the beach, great beach area which is not busy, quiet building with nobody above or below, nice laundry room, nice view of the bay. This could be a great place if furniture and flooring were replaced. Cons: mattress is soft and needs replacing a king bed would be a big improvement, needs a tv in the bedroom, not enough comfortable seating in living room needs comfortable side chair, couch is broken cushions sink into front of couch where the pullout bed is underneath so you are sitting at a forward slant, living room rug looks like it was in the flood and is in bad shape and strange color, no cable tv, not enough plates and silverware needing to run dishwasher every other day, bathroom floor is stained with ??? around toilet, flooring needs replacing, bathroom fan vents into the pantry where your food is???, parking was a problem with the huge rental house next door they parked up the side of their house making it impossible for us to get our truck out from the cement parking pad, we had to move and park in the gravel along the fence in order to get out.Most of these cons could be easily fixed and make it a great place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of Snyder's Rest is probably its most attractive feature. One block from Gulf Drive and the beach makes for convenience. Also being only 5 minutes walking time from the Bridge Street attractions has its benefits. This was our third stay at Snyder's Rest and we have seen a lack of attention to maintaining the property over the 3 years. The couch definitely needs replacement. Additional comfortable chair seating is needed. We also had a problem with the ice maker in the refrigerator. We will not be returning to this property next year.

Much Needed Time with BFF

I found Synders Rest to be exactly as described in the listing. During the off season it's very quiet at the end of the road which made me leary of being out after dark alone. The beach cart was an wonderful addtion to make my trek to the beach easy.

Great location

Located an easy walk to the beach, Pier Street, and the island trolly stop this location was perfect. The until came equipped with everything we needed. When there was an issue with the dishwasher, management was super fast and had it working within an hour. We would definitely stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a beautiful vacation to Anna Maria Island. Was disappointed by Synder’s Nest A, as it felt like the property put the bare minimum maintenance into it to keep it a rental property. Our stay was our least favorite part about our time on the island. The property description needs to be updated to no outdoor seating area and no bay view unless you consider two lawn chairs that you can fold out and sit up and a dumpster and shrub view blocking the so called bay view. Pictures showed a garage and above garage seating that was not allowed to use. Also cleaning felt minimal, sand on floors, dusty doors and closets. Could use updating to make it a more enjoyable stay, the refrigerator also had a broken shelf and broken ice maker to battle. The couch get like it was just picked up from a old dorm room and honestly the property get like I was back in a college dorm. It was disappointing and made the trip unenjoyable because we didn’t want to spend any time there. Will be back to AMI but not to Snyder’s Rest.
