Property features include: Fully functioning kitchen with, gas cooking, dishwasher and brand new Nespresso Coffee machine. 3 living areas opening out to 2 peaceful entertaining areas with fire pit, bbq, and plenty of seating. 4 large bedrooms, main with ensuite and balcony. Free Wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning is also included to keep you comfortable.

Should not have been rented.
We (7 adults) rented this for 10 nights from early November. It was not ready to be rented out, having been (according to the neighbours) empty for months and months after sale.
We had to get a plumber there THREE times in the first 4 days, as you could not even boil water - due to a gas problem. We could not cook, except on the BBQ. Then the upstairs bathroom flooded (twice). We also had to wait for an electrician, as we were told (when there was no hot water) to check the fuse box - and my husband got an electric shock. The hot water system had not been turned on. The downstairs fridge was making a horrible noise and my husband moved it into the garage, as it was completely iced over. The front door lock was broken, the clothes dryer was cutting out, the upstairs toilet seat was broken, there was no plug for the spa bath. You get the idea - it was a circus.
Additionally, all those pretty hanging plants out the back - all 20 plus of them were dead. As we were there for 10 days, the floors got pretty dirty and there wasn't a broom, mop or vacuum cleaner. We've stayed in a number of different holiday rentals and this was outstanding - as in outstanding for BAD reasons. It also had the least amount of kitchen supplies ever - salt, pepper, a tiny bit of olive oil and 4 UHT milks. The agent was fantastic - getting the plumber and electricians there quickly. However, when I asked for the owners to return a nominal amount of money, it is now radio silence. It was more a sign of goodwill but there clearly is none. It should be ready for the next lot of renters (though I'm not sure all the problems will be fixed), thanks to us! Very disappointing.
Property was great, perfect for adult family
Only recommendation would be for some beach towels and a few more pillows to be in the house - would make the house perfect!
