About this property

Townhouse in Snow creek village. Ski in ski out onto gentle giant (beginner hill) and down to the main lifts and lodge area. The house is a 3 bedroom three bath. Mountain views throughout. Cabin style décor. Lots of room for larger families to gather in the living areas. The complex is across the street from the new outdoor ice rink and two minute walk to the main village area. This is the closest townhouse complex to the village and main ski lifts.

There are three levels.

The lower level is a bachelor suite, with queen bed and double hide-a bed (pictures for this are listed as second bedroom). The lower room has a kitchenette area within it.

The top level has a master bedroom with king bed, and a bunk room with a queen/queen and a single/single bunk beds. All rooms have their own tv, and the bunk room has Nintendo wii for the kids. Newly added lounge area for kids and teens off the bunk room.

Washer and dryer and full bathroom are on the upper level as well. Laundry supplies and basic bathroom amenities are included.

The main floor has an open concept kitchen, dining and living areas and a second full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and basic spices, oils etc are provided. There is a bbq on the deck off the kitchen. The living room is large with lots of room for family and friends. There is a 55 inch tv and fireplace. There is a 5 person hot tub on the main floor patio.

We live in nearby Kamloops and are happy to provide recommendations for restaurants and activities if needed.

Prices listed are for the full 3 bedroom rental for 6 adults. Additional adults are $60/night extra up to a maximum of 11 adults (very cozy sleeping arrangements with 11 adults!!) No additional charge for children 18y and under.

Great location.

Lovely clean and tidy property. Great location for ski in and ski out. Nice and close to restaurants and shops. Probably a few more instructions would be handy as kiwis are not use to central heating. We couldn’t work the gas fire and are not use to central heating but that would only apply to us.

Great condo

We had an amazing stay here. The condo is much nicer and more spacious than I expected. The ski storage in the garage was amazing to have. The beds were comfy. The location of the condo is amazing - easy to ski in and out, or walk to the village. 100% would not hesitate to stay again

Amazing location for little kids

Perfectly located a short walk to the green runs. Loved being close to village and skating rink. Hottub on deck was perfect for apres ski!

Great Location well presented accommodation.

Sun Peaks is a fine mountain area and Jennifer's place is ideally located to make use of the attractions/services the resort offers.

Very comfortable

We loved staying at this property. It's designed very well to fit a large group comfortably and is an easy walk to the ski lifts. Nice living area, kitchen and bedrooms. The converted garage downstairs is a great place to keep all your snowboards, skis and winter gear.

We loved our stay & this apartment was perfect for us - we would highly recommend this apartment.

This apartment has sensational ski in & ski out access & there is a path which lets you walk straight into the village in about 3 minutes. There is ample room for your skis & boots & lots of hooks for your ski gear right beside the front door 👍. We used in it in the 3 bedroom /3 bathroom format and this gave us loads of space. There were some basics in the kitchen which was wonderful - especially to get you started. The kitchen also had loads of plates & glasses etc 👍 the apartment has a great spa on one balcony and a bbq on the other. I loved the fireplace in the lounge room which immediately switches on & off. There are heated floors in the bathrooms and a thermostat which keeps the home at a cozy & not too hot temperature. There were also some games etc which added to the happy family holiday vibe. The laundry is on the top level which makes sense as this level has the master & the bunk room. The bunk room can sleep 6 the master 2 and the ground floor studio (which can be separated) has a double Murphy bed and a double sofa bed. The owners were lovely in all our communications, they were very helpful generally and connected us with grocery delivery service Sun Peaks Cargo who delivered the bulk of our groceries from a store in Kamloops as choices on the mountain are limited and expensive. We had a ball & would highly recommend this property

Great location, great house

We had a lovely stay. The condo is well equipped with everything you may need - even a slow cooker which was a huge bonus. Beds were comfortable, lots of space for skis and boots. Loved that Jen supplies shampoo & conditioner too. Minutes walk to town and ski in and out off the Green Giant slope. Loved all the runs the mountain has to offer too. We will be back. Thanks for letting us stay.

Perfect place and location for a large clan

Our family of seven thoroughly enjoyed out 6 day stay at Jennifer's place. We are Sun Peaks pass holders that live in Kelowna, so spend a lot of time at Sun Peaks and have stayed in many places. The subject location is second to none with genuine ski in and out from the main lifts as opposed to trekking to or from Morrissey. Short (less than 5 minutes) walk to the picturesque Sun Peaks Village. The place itself works well for a large family, love the dorm room as we called it, with it's queen size bunk beds and single bunks. Very well equipped kitchen with a a useful amount of condiments, saran wrap, foil etc as opposed to the measly amount most places have. We will be back and will recommend your place to anyone who needs the space. Harry

Great family or group vacation spot

We were a group of 12 (3 families: 6 adults and 6 kids total) that stayed for 3 nights over Spring Break 2017. The location is great and it was easy to walk into the village/ski school. There is also a free sled hill nearby. The townhouse layout worked for us as the suite in the basement allowed for separate living quarters at night. All TVs were set up with Netflix, which was important when traveling with kids. The kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and we liked that there were three separate bathrooms to get everyone ready in the morning. The owner is prompt with email and easy to deal with. We felt that we got what we were hoping for and had a great vacation.

Great Family Vacation

The condo is located just a short walk from the village and requires only a few steps to ski in and ski out. We would definitely stay at the condo again. The owner was also great to work with.

We live in nearby Kamloops BC and Sunpeaks is a great destination year round for our family to get away and enjoy the bc outdoors together. Hiking, mountain biking and golf in the summer, skiing and snowsports in the winter and fishing year round there is always something for us to get outside and do.

Our unit has a flexible configuration and as a three bedroom is perfect for two families with kids travelling together. The lower suite is like a second master bedroom and the bunk room is the perfect hangout for kids.
