The location of this unit is perfect for your families next getaway, park the car and walk to local cafes, restaurants, clubs, convenient stores, magnificent choice of beaches and the famous Tomaree Mountain for the breathtaking views of the entire peninsula.
Renovated open plan and tastefully decorated with comfortable, stylish furnishings. TV with built in DVD player, games, books and DVD's. Fully equipped kitchen with full cooking facilities with oven, microwave, electric cooktop, Aldi Nespresso Coffee Machine and family size fridge/ freezer.
Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and gorgeous renovated main bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. Convenience of having an internal laundry with a front loader washer/ dryer combo is very rare for this complex.
There are two car spaces (tandem) available that are suitable for two cars or a car and a small trailer with jet ski.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
