"Hoot" is perfect for pet-friendly families who love to enjoy what Topsail Beach has to offer without breaking the bank! This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom upper level of the duplex called "Hoot & Holler" is conveniently located within walking distance of beach access on both the ocean and sound side of the Island! The sound side access is only steps away from the house making it super easy for Kayak lovers to get to the water and glide away!

When you first arrive you will find parking for 2 cars with spaces available in the gravel driveway on Smith Ave. Please keep in mind that this driveway is shared with the lower-level unit," Holler".

Hoot's bed sizes include 2 King Beds and a Twin Bunk Bed set. Pillows and blankets are provided.

The house has 2 parking spaces. Please DO NOT park on the grass due to the septic field.

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 1 towel set per occupancy, bathmats for each full bath, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge.
