Un excellent séjour... à refaire
Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cette charmante petite maison très bien équipée, avec en bonus un jardin, bien appréciable. Très pratique : le front de mer et les commerces sont tout proches (environ 5 minutes à pied). La location est bien située : nombreux sites à visiter et excursions à faire. Un grand merci à l'hôte qui est très réactif et à l'écoute. Nous n'hésiterons pas à le recontacter si nous revenons dans la région.

Localisation top pour visiter les environs. La maison est très agréable.
Brouage et Mornac sur Seudre, très beaux villages. Tonnay-Charente, à voir également. Excursion autour de Fort Boyard et visite de l'Ile d'Aix. Un petit voyage en train à vapeur jusqu'à la Tremblade. Un séjour d'une semaine au top.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et apprécié le jardin clos avec notre fils de 20 mois. Accès au centre en 5mn à pied. Maison équipée de l'essentiel pour des vacances

Résidence calme, dans un village en bord de l'embouchure de la Charente. Tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour cool. Ne pas hésitez à visiter les restaurant qui sont à prix correct et de bonne qualité. Les vendeur de produit de la mer sont très bien également, surtout la dame qui vend ces huîtres à la douzaine et non au kilo. Il y a un bar à huître, découvert trop tard, en partant à pied vers la fontaine de Lupin, chemin de la grande Echelle. Bonne dégustation.

Location très agréable. Petite maison avec un grand jardin, ce qui nous a permis de manger dehors. Proche de toutes commodités à pieds et à vélo. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Jolie petite maison de vacances au calme idéalement placée pour visiter la Charente Maritime.
Maison confortable, propre, bien équipée, calme, avec un jardin fermé pour y laisser les enfants jouer tranquillement ! Idéalement placé pour visiter la Charente Maritime ( Îles Madame, d'Aix, d'Oléron, Fouras, Brouage, Rochefort et l' Hermione... ) Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour . La plage de l 'Anse ( retenue d' eau) permet de se baigner à marée haute comme basse à 30 min à pieds environ de la maison ( parking voiture à proximité) . Port des Barques est à l' embouchure de la Charente et de l'Océan du coup ce n est pas un spot "belle plage de l' océan". Sinon la maison est à proximité des commerces ( supérette, boulangerie, bureau de tabac, marché, la Poste... ) . On est loin des trouristes de Fouras, Oléron, la Tremblade et c' etait fort agréable ! Propriétaire agréable,disponible

Très jolie maison
Maison calme et agréable. Très propre, correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Pour les amoureux de pêche à pied, port les barques et l'île madame, c' est parfait. Nous gardons l'adresse si nous repassons dans le coin.

Séjour très agréable
Location très agréable avec tout le confort, très propre, moderne, la description correspond et la situation est très précise. C'est un petit village tranquille mais il y a un manque d'attraction pour les enfants. Je recommanderais cette location pour son calme
