This modern villa has just been completely renovated with beautiful sea views and within walking distance of the beach. The villa is an ideal summer rental, and boasts a unique, timeless style of modern design, materials and furniture. It is located with stunning views to the sunset close to Cala Salada, a fantastic pool and outdoor seating areas. Very family friendly, with a dedicated play area for children.

Amazing house with sunset view
Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Une des plus belles plages de l’île à quelques pas, maison très bien placée pour visiter et faire quelques randonnées. La maison est très bien équipée et dispose de nombreux espaces extérieurs très agréables et d’une décoration intérieure très soignée. Elle dispose d’une vue exceptionnelle sur le sunset. La communication avec Emelie a été très fluide, elle nous a bien accueilli et donné des conseils pour notre séjour. Si nous le pouvons nous reviendrons 🙂.

Beautiful home, but location is misleading
The house is stunning and property is beautiful. Check-in was easy and communication with the property manager was always great. It is located on a super quiet street, which is perfect if you are looking for privacy and seclusion and being able to hear nature's sounds. My one gripe is that the location that shows in the VRBO listing is wrong. The house is not in the bubble indicated on the map and is not walking distance from the beach. It is about 10 min drive from each Cala Salada and Cala Gracio and at least 30-40 min walk (including along the highway) to each. So, if you (as me and my 70 yr old mom) want to stay here for its walking proximity to the beach, that's not going to work. Getting taxis to the house also isn't easy -- you will need to walk about 7-10 to the road because the house's location isn't recognized by the app. That said, if you are not looking to rent this to be able to walk to the beach, it's a great deal and beautiful property.

Hübsches Haus
Uns hat es sehr gefallen, aber das Haus ist nicht tipptopp sauber. Weder die Bäder noch die Utensilien in der Küche waren wirklich sauber. Das merkt man erst mit der Zeit. Dennoch ist es ein hübsches Haus. Vom Pool aus schaut man gegen die Mauer und leider nicht aufs Meer. Aber die Agentu war sehr behilflich und entgegenkommend.

Stunning villa with views
Better than the photographs (which were good!); this villa was just beautiful. Decor was excellent with some lovely design features. The outside space surpassed expectations with something for everyone: a football and games area for the kids, sofas with shade and cushions for reading and relaxing, rooftop terrace for sundowners at sunset, outdoor dining with shade and views and, of course, the pool area itself. The pool is wonderful - just the right size for everyone with loungers and numerous seating areas so we could supervise the kids whilst reading or sunbathing ourselves. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The TV was great for watching the Euros - and England's decent semi-final before our ultimate downfall! The villa is perfectly located - close to Sant Antoni for shops, clubs and supermarkets - but far enough away to be beautifully peaceful and quiet if that is what you are after. We made several trips around the island - most things are no more than 30-40mins drive away: Las Dalias, Eivissa and the Dalt Villa, Les Salines, Sant Josep and Sant Eularia were just some of the places we visited. La Paloma restaurant is highly recommended - we had a wonderful long lunch there. Beach picnics at sunset down at Cala Salada were also a big favourite. If you like hiking or running, the villa has lots of wonderful routes right from the doorstep. Emelie was a wonderful manager and we adored the villa - thank you!

Mooie modern ingerichte villa met geweldig uitzicht en alle luxe en comfort
Fantastische villa voor 6 personen. Niet te groot, niet te klein. Mooi dakterras waar je kunt genieten van de zonsondergang en diverse terrassen en zitplekken in de mooi aangelegde tuin. Keuken bevat alle gewenste apparatuur en materialen. Contact met de beheerder was ook zeer prettig. Wij hebben een fantastische week in deze villa gehad en hopen zeker terug te komen!

Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt dort und wir würden immer wieder kommen. Das Haus ist super schön eingerichtet, der Pool ist sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist auch unbezahlbar. Einfach super schön.

expectations were exceeded
Take the title and look at the nice pictures you get upfront. So the expectations were high. First of all and that matters for me: All the communication with the owner prior to the booking was fast, very friendly and solution oriented. The check in Information could not be better. Even if we had not been welcomed personally, there would not have been any question left. Not to mention some hints what to see and where to go were included. Emelie, who was our local contact, gave us a very warm welcome and left no doubt, that she was taking care of every single problem that might arise.. ..and she proved, solving in no time. The house is equipped with everything, you might need. Especially the kitchen shows the owners dedication to prepare good meals. Last but not least you can expect, that the pictures are not able to show, what you’re going to experience having these views in reality. The garden and all the places to rest are so lovely created, you enjoy the silence and absolute privacy.

Beautiful property for a relaxing holiday
The villa is on a quiet street with a beautiful view and has plenty of room for a family or small group. The outside space and pool are excellent if the weather is good. When the weather is not so nice, the interior has heating and a wood burner. We had some small issues with water pressure but the property manager is very responsive and helped us with the issues. Overall a great stay!

Lovely home
This place is beautiful with excellent sunset views. We would stay there again. Unfortunately, a water leak forced us to leave the property after a few days. The property manager kindly arranged for us to have a nearby location. We appreciated the effort, but the second location was not fully ready for guests. One shower didn't work. Two rooms had leaves/dirt/debris on the floor (not great when you have a crawling baby!). There were only sheets on the beds with no blankets. A heating unit was boxed up and ready to be installed in the master bedroom. The refrigerator was off. The pool furniture was not set up, etc. In comparison to the thoughtfully set up place we started at, the second place was just not ready for guests. Highly recommend the original location and otherwise had a great experience communicating with the host.

Fantastic villa experience
We just spent an amazing week at Casa Laguna. The villa is beautiful and extremely well kept. The family enjoyed the many relaxing outdoor areas and the well maintained swimming pool. At the rear of the property, the children enjoyed the little football pitch. The villa was very well equiped with everything you could need, rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The property manager was very helpful and communication was first rate. It all made for a truly wonderful stay in Ibiza. I would strongly recommend this villa for your stay.
