Perfect Place!

We loved staying at your lovely home! It was perfect for our weekend stay! The house was very clean and well furnished. We especially enjoyed the provided kayaks and saw manatees in the canal. Perfect spot for us!

Superb home

1) this home has a perfect layout, large and open. Two bedrooms on one side, master on the other. Kitchen, dining, living rooms open with monster comfy couch for at least 100 people Beds had comfy toppers as well. Kitchen could use some additional “nice to haves”, it did have everything we needed.2) Clean, clean, clean. Found no cobwebs or random hair. Kinda felt bad about the mess our 1 yr old made3) nice location, 9 minutes from food, shopping and beach. Really centrally located4) owner communication quick, checkin super easyReally enjoyed our stay here and would recommend

Family Getaway!

Beautiful home in a great location! Perfect for families to enjoy all that Crystal River and the surrounding area have to offer. Our kids loved the bunk room and kayaking from the dock out back. The owners were attentive and very kind! We will definitely be back next spring!

Great little bungalow!

Great little home away from home! The place was clean and well stocked with anything you need to feel comfortable. Loved having the kayaks. We paddled out the afternoon we arrived. Ice machine on the back porch is really convenient. Overall, great place and we would book again.

Great location!

We loved the house and location. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our time at Crystal River. We spent hours everyday just watching the water to see Manatee, gators, and crabs. So much fun!

A Crystal River Gem

We had a great stay. A minor hiccup checking in was quickly resolved and the weekend was smooth sailing (or should o say kayaking) after that. We enjoyed all the amenities from kayaking, ping pong, the hot tub and fire pit. Quick drives to restaurants, grocery stores and area attractions made this an ideal location! Definitely recommend for families with children as their were plenty of beds, games, books and space inside and out.

Great rental setup with families in mind!

It’s hard to decide what our kids loved more— the hot tub, the dart board, the ping pong table, the kayaks?! My daughter even pulled her little brother in the wagon through the backyard. This house set up is so kid-friendly and fun. Highly recommend!

Fun in the Sun

This property was exactly as described. We had a wonderful week here. There were 4 kayaks and 4 bikes that we used while we were there. The kids loved the hot tub and ping pong table. The home was clean and beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. And we loved the location, as it was close to all the activities that we had planned.

Fun in the Sun

We had such a fun Spring Break week with the kids. We loved that we had direct access to the water. We brought our paddle boards, but the house provided 4 kayaks for us to use too. The kids loved the hot tub and we played lots of ping pong when we weren't on the water. The house is clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was great as well, easy to get to all the activities that we had planned. We will definitely be back!

Loved it!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Blue Door House. It was well appointed and extremely comfortable. Great location both by land and water. We rented a pontoon from Cool Waters(the only place that offers multi day rental), never had any issues, even during low tide getting to the dock. We took advantage of the kayaks and bicycles, which were a huge bonus. The ping pong table & dart board were a hit during a little down time. We definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful location!

The house was beautifully decorated! Updated kitchen with pretty much everything you need. Bathrooms also beautifully updated and plenty of towels and linens. The beds and living room coach were super comfy. Plenty of room for all of us. We just loved having access to the four kayaks that came with the house and the awesome dock at the end of a very quiet little canal that was just a short paddle around the corner taking you out to kings bay! The location was great! Seemed like everything was no more than 10-15 minutes away. Tiffani was an awesome host! Very communicative and friendly, giving lots of tips for the area. Definitely recommend staying here and hopefully we’ll be back again!

Great stay

Perfect for us! We arrived to a clean, well maintained, and full of fun amenities for our family! We enjoyed kayaking and saw many manatees only a short way down the water way. We enjoyed fishing, playing ping pong, darts, eating outside in the Florida room, and playing so many games. The place was decorated so cute with comfy beds and comfortable bathrooms. There were also little extras that were nice touches. It was a short drive to the grocery store, ice cream parlor, and beach. Our only negative was we didn’t book long enough. We wished we stayed longer.

Perfect Place to Unplug!

We could not be more pleased with a last minute booking with Tiffani. Our visit to Crystal River was even more enjoyable because the home exceeded our expectations. The home is perfectly located and includes ammenities not normally found in VRBO rentals. The hot tub, kayaks and ping pong table are an added bonus and the kitchen is well stocked . Nice home

Another couple stayed with us at the Blue Door. We made meals together in the large kitchen, kayaked on the river and saw an eagle & manatee, star gazed while walking the neighborhood, sat on the dock for sunset, played ping pong on the patio. It was a relaxing weekend with lots of laughter. There's plenty of everything you'd need for your stay; they thought of everything!

Scallop trip

House is perfect for a scallop trip. Quick access to the river, fresh water at the dock. I have a 25’ boat and we had no problem getting in and out even at low tide. Hot tub was a great way to end the day
