Sanibel Holiday requires an applied deposit of 20% of the base rent rate plus all rent taxes plus the non-refundable $50 reservation fee which totals $55.75 with the required Florida taxes. This completely remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath pool home is conveniently located in the desirable Lake Murex neighborhood off West Gulf Drive! ***Please be aware that our island is still going through recovery. All public beach accesses are open, there are approximately 24 restaurants now open, as well as a few shops including Jerry’s Grocery. Neighboring homes are making repairs so expect noise, trucks & equipment throughout the island and along the roads of Lake Murex.***

This gorgeous ground-level home is sure to please with its island style beauty and luxury accents to make your next Sanibel stay the best yet! You'll be greeted by an open and bright interior with all the bells and whistles including new furnishings throughout, brand new kitchen with quartz countertops featuring top of the line appliances & an amazing outdoor kitchen that rivals the beautiful indoor kitchen! Amazing month in Paradise / Sanibel Island

Vacation Paradise

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time renting this house. We will be renting it again in 2025. There are four adults in our group. The living quarters are very spacious. The kitchen has the necessary sundry items that allowed us to prepare meals. Although there was no Keurig machine. The toaster is a two slice toaster which is someone a hindrance with more than two people. But it is doable. If you enjoy cooking, the outdoor kitchen is definitely a bonus. I pretty much use the griddle throughout our entire stay. Since hurricane Ian, the icemaker in the outdoor kitchen has gone missing. Would be nice to have a nice maker again.Lanai with its picture frame screening, gives a great view of the lake. I just wish the landscapers would trim the hedges against the lanai screening shorter so you can enjoy the view while you’re sitting at the dining table. The pool and spa are great. Lots of room for floating. Since our first visit, the wash machine has been replaced with a speed queen, which I consider to be a bonus since I already own one.The homeowner has certainly invested in a quality home entertainment system. It is somewhat a learning curve, but once you master it, you will enjoy all the components.Sanibel Holiday was very accommodating and picking up our trash since the house had a very small garbage container in the garage. Another wish, buy at least two large trash containers that would accommodate six guests for the week.All in all, it was a great experience with the house and with Sanibel Holiday.

Obviously if we didn’t have a great experience we would not have stayed here three times. This home has all of the amenities that make for a great vacation. The house has an open concept which is great for our lifestyle. The lanai and the outdoor kitchen is great for spending time outside. The pool and spa were used on a daily basis. The kids LOVED the pool area and literally spent entire day poolside. The heated pool was very comfortable and we had great weather. Last year I purchased a large stainless steel pot for seafood boils and left it there. We made good use of it again this year. The screen over the pool helps keep bugs out of that area and acts as a sunscreen. I spent 3-1/2 hours in the pool on Day 1 and did not get burned. We like it so much we are coming back in 2026!

It felt like home by the time we had to leave. All the furniture was very comfortable. The pool and the view of the lake make this house stand out. We had our kids visit and we couldn't get our granddaughter out of the pool.The house is located an easy walk to the beach, where the shelling was great. We have already booked our stay for next year.
