Very spacious, beautifully appointed living areas. Fully equipped laundry. Double lock-up, remote-controlled garage, and remote-controlled security gate to a driveway with guest parking area. BBQ with full outdoor setting. TV and stereo system. Ducted air-conditioning throughout. 24 metre pontoon available (on request only) extra $450 to use. Lawned and landscaped garden.

Great base for exploring Pt Lincoln and Southern Eyre Peninsula

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property spotlessly clean and well maintained. Hosts were very helpful and super responsive.
