About this property

Come enjoy this cute and cozy 1950's beach cottage only a couple of blocks from the beach, Isle of Palms restaurants and night life. Two blocks away from the Harris Teeter grocery store and just steps away from Café Paname with the most delicious lates and croissants one can find! After a breathtaking sunset or sunrise you can walk to a number of excellent restaurants - no need for Uber during your stay.

This unit is a cozy 350 square feet and has a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen bed pull out couch. It has a small dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer. This place is fully equipped for great stay by the beach. Just bring your clothes, flip flops and relax for a great time in Isle of Palms!

If you need more room check out Apt B it has 2 bedrooms! You could rent unit A the other 1 bedroom as well as Unit B the 2 bedroom and then with Unit C you will have total of 4 bedrooms and the entire triplex!

The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).

Local partners provide rentals for beach chairs and bicycles.

Property offers freshly laundered duvet covers for every guest.

Bed and bath linens are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are available for rent from Iocal partners.

Perfect space for a weekend getaway

Loved the style and layout of this cottage. Clean nest and stylish. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach is just a few steps away. We could even hears the ocean waves the night we arrived.

This quaint cottage has everything you need and nothing you don’t! It was spotless and well appointed. It’s walking distance to shops and restaurants. Communications with Hugh were seamless. We’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect for what we needed

This property was incredible! Perfect for our Anniversary trip. 5 min walk to the beach and several locations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Yes, it's small but it was clean, comfortable, and the neighbors were friendly. We would definitely visit again.

Had a great stay at this little place.

Clean, had everything we needed, location was good- except it is very close to a refuse company and you could hear the trucks early each morning. Didn’t take away from our stay, we’re early risers. Was walking distance to restaurants and bars and Harris Teeter.

Very cozy for a short time

The property is decorated very cute and for the price is a good value. It is a little tight for more than a couple of days. The owner has thoughtfully provided many features that made the place enjoyable for the money.

Everything I needed!

This was a solo trip for me. Just to relax. This property was everything I needed and more. The management quickly responded to any questions. The property was clean and well decorated. I loved every bit of my stay and look forward to booking again before the end of the year.

Beach hideao

This was the cleanest place I have stayed. Attention to every detail in kitchen. Even had scissors in the kitchen! Decorations were fun and tasteful. Bed linens were soft with an assortment of pillows Hugh was a great host. It is small and only one parking spot. Book it🌴

Great spot for couples

My wife and I decided to try Isle of Palms instead of the normal Seabrook or Kiawah. We loved the cottage would would highly recommend and couple looking to stay close to the restaurants and Windjammer. It was a very easy walk and close to everything. It was easy to check in and out and we had all we needed. The only thing that bothered me was we had to park under a palm tree that dumped all over my white car every night. There isn't a close carwash and had to drive several miles to clean it up. I am a little crazy about my cars :).

Fabulous short stay on Isle of Palms

My college sophomore daughter and I loved this cottage. It was exactly as described and extremely charming. It is very tiny but was perfect for us. We enjoyed it so much that on our second night we opted to eat takeout in the cottage and watch TV instead of going out. The bed is extremely comfortable and so is the pull out sofa bed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was great. The hosts were extremely helpful when we realized we had left a laptop in the unit a day after we checked out. They located it, offered to ship it to us and ultimately provided a code so that my daughter could go back to let herself in to retrieve it. Above and beyond! We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great Stay
