Penthouse Across the Street from the Beach- 3 bdr
Penthouse unit located with the best location in town! It's right across the street from the beach. El Balneario is one of the calmest beaches in the area. It is also within walking distance from the Townsquare, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, shops, and more!
-This penthouse unit is located on the 5th floor.
-There are two elevators in the building.
-The main level has the living area, full kitchen, laundry master bedroom with a -private bathroom, second bedroom, and bathroom in the hallway.
-The spiral staircase will take you to the terrace area where you will find another bedroom, a bathroom, kitchenette.
The condominium has gated access, swimming pool facilities, a gazebo, and front access to the road that will lead you to the beach. The beach is just right across the street.
You can walk to the beach (ITS RIGHT ACROSS!) or to the townsquare!
A rental car is always recommended but not needed in this area.
Please remember that you're staying in a condominium, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
Extra toiletries are not supplied.
We will charge you extra if/for:
-Late checkout- $100
-Noise Complaints- $100-$200
- Damage/Missing towel - $20 each
- Damage/Missing bed linen, sheet, or quilt - $50 each
-Trash left at the property - $20
-Extra cleaning services - $50
