**The additional clubhouse amenities at Fiddlers are available to long term renters with a transfer fee payable to the club. If you would like access to the amenities, the community requires a Transfer Fee payable to Fiddlers Club and Spa of $750 + $150 transfer fee. If you choose not to transfer the membership you still receive gate access, full access to the trails and grounds and access to the great (and less busy) community pool area on our street.
