Escape to paradise with this Coastal Pet Friendly Villa featuring Heated Pool, Spa and Pool Table! Cape Coral Holiday will leave you savoring all that Southwest Florida has to offer. This 3 bedroom + Den – 2 bathroom villa boasts just under 2300 sq ft of natural lighting and sliding glass doors, with sleeping capabilities for 8!
Upon entry, guests will be immersed in paradise! The first things guests will take note of is the open space filled with a pool table! Guests can challenge each other to a game! In the sitting room guests will find two chairs facing the lanai and a book shelf with plenty to read. Cozy up with a good book while enjoying the stunning sunset views over the canal. In the living room guests can sit down and relax next to the fireplace while watching their favorite movie or TV show on the Smart TV. For guests who would rather play a game an assortment of board games are available. For guests who love to cook, this kitchen is perfect! This kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, tea kettle, and many more kitchen essentials!
In the master bedroom, guests will find a comfortable king size bed, direct access to the pool, flat screen TV, a working station, and an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a large soaking tub and lots of sink counter space. In the other two guest bedrooms and den guests will find a variety of beds ranging from King to twin singles.

Once outside, guests will find the true highlight of this home, the screened in lanai! This lanai features a large, heated pool and spa! This pool is perfect floating around, practicing your strokes, or playing pool games. Lots of outdoor furniture (including a dining room table) gives guests plenty of options for where to sit down and soak up the Florida sun. Down by the canal guests will find sun loungers where they can sit and watch some stunning sunsets. Down by this canal is also the perfect place to fish and search for Southwest Florida wildlife.

Just what we were looking for!

We had a wonderful time enjoying the pool and hot tub and watching the sunsets over the canal each night. Great location with plenty of nice restaurants close by to choose from and beaches within a 30-minute drive. It met our expectations, and we would definitely stay again!

My overall rating is very good. Home furnishings/kitchen are a little dated, though pool area with views and the pool table were big pluses. Good neighborhood location. Nice master bedroom and very comfortable bed. At price I paid, I would rate the property 4 stars out of 5.

We rented this property after comparing many homes in Cape Coral and are so happy we chose this home. The home is roomy and has plenty of room for guests. The pool and hot tub were in working order and very refreshing. The furniture was extremely comfortable. But the most incredible feature was the view. The back of the house faces west and offers an incredible view of the canal from a corner perspective and gorgeous sunsets. We had a wonderful week and wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

Communication with property owner and the check in process was seamless. If I had any complaints it would be the lighting in the house. We were also not able to program two of the televisions in the spare rooms to be able to watch television in there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the views from the lenai.

If I wanted to stay in a broke down house, I would have stayed at home. From broken faucets to fans, to patio furniture, this house was horrible. Will not be back.

Very nice week of sunshine

We had a wonderful week! Weather was fantastic, and spent most of our time by the pool and hot tub. Only snafu was our check in time. We arrived at 1pm with a check in time at 4pm. Our agent was out with COVID, so another agent was helping out. There was a miscommunication about our arrival day and the cleaning crew needed extra time to clean the unit, so we didn't get to check in until 7pm. Mistakes happen and the agent was very apologetic and the rest of our time was wonderful!

Just okay

The house is dated, but okay. Kitchen is tight for 2 families. We used the "sitting room" & pool table area for food/supply storage. Light/fan switches are whacked. Paying extra for electricity is whacked. Biggest issue was the main bathroom & all floors (especially kitchen) were visibly dirty. We called the office when no one reached out to us within 24 hours as noted in the reservation and were told the property manager was making rounds & would be there within the hour. No one showed up or called back. Ever.

Not all it was cracked to be

Started on day 1 issue with the pool/ hot tub. Called manager who did come right over and try to help. That led to entire hot tub being drained and her having to come back. While there we pointed out dryer not working, and blinds in house Tgat were busted. Each day tge pool was losing more water, and the washer machine busted on last day there. So with having family of 5 and picking property with washer/ dryer and pool/ hot tub, then having issues with all it, it was very disappointing to say the least. I had to wash laundry daily and hang clothes in sun to dry all day… overall very disappointing

Not what I thought

Air condition was malfunctioning, kitchen faucet hat no water coming out of it for at least a day, garbage disposal was not working and still had some chicken skin left over from the previous renters, TV in the spare room we’re gone/broken I had to be replaced with a new one, barbecue creole was dirty, rusty and not clean. Overall the house was outdated and needed to be taken care of before it was to be rented out. Despite all this craziness we make the best out of it but overall the house was outdated it was screaming for help. The House was big enough with the best part of it was my family having fun at the pool. The manager was also nice and attentive it look like he was embarrassed with all the things that was going on. I think for what we pay was not up to par, not even close.

Suited our needs perfectly

While there are certainly nicer properties to rent, this setup was perfect for our family. The location is close to a grocery store, Dunkin' Donuts, and not too far from the beaches we wanted to visit (Fort Myers Beach, Captiva/Sanibel). The property could use some updates, as others have mentioned and the electrical situation is "unique" with having to turn on some switches to turn on lights/fans with another switch. The pool was wonderful although there are no jets in the spa. The property manager was amazing. We called and asked how to turn down the pool heater as the water was really warm and she was there to help within 30 mins. The property was clean and the bedroom setups were ideal for us (our two older kids and their partners, myself and my husband, and our two teen girls. All in all, it was a good experience. Thanks for having us!

Amazing views from several rooms

My family absolutely loved the views and location of this property. It was convenient to everything we needed, even the tournament our son participated in in Fort Myers. The home was well stocked with all the amenities we expected. The Management team were very responsive to our request to assist with the Spa temperature and was onsite within an hour. Top notch!!
