Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and comfortable for a family of six. Great location! Helpful Security staff! Very kind and welcoming! Sea Chase is family focusedwhich is so nice. The unit has an ice machine which is nice to have. The unit also has a Pack and Play which was very nice.Some feedback: The TV struggled to work and buffered a lot. Called for support which was helpful however, the buffering continued. The unit does not provide beach chairs and items for the beach which is helpful to know if you plan to fly to the location. The location is perfect! When booking the property, the office staff were very helpful and prompt with questions. Would highly recommend Sea Chase for a vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very nicely equipped unit that could easily go from good to great with a few updates. Nice updates to furniture and a very clean unit. The air conditioning has poor circulation throughout the unit. Primary and common areas stay cool and secondary bedrooms are hot and stuffy. Seems to be a known issues as lots of fans in the unit to try and compensate. Primary shower head needs fixed as water goes everywhere when in use.

dirty, dirty dishes, dirty pitcher on fridge. stains on living room furniture and rug in living room, outside furniture cushions filthy, table peeling with rust underneath. shower cold if more than one person bathes without break. ice maker didn’t work, vent in bathroom looked close to falling. reported to property manager. Dishwasher would not get dishes clean and did not dry.i have stayed at seachase for approximately 20 years and never have i seen a condo in worse shape. property manager not helpful at all. not rude but gave impression we were a bother. i would not recommend this condo or this property manager to anyone

Perfect for our family fall break

We absolutely loved this condo! Each room had a comfortable, king size bed, bathrooms were a good size, the master bed and bath was beautiful! And oh the kitchen, was small but perfect for what we wanted/needed. Loved having the snack bar separating the kitchen and dining room. And the VIEW was gorgeous. My only "complaint" was $70 parking passes. We had 3 cars, so 1 came w the condo and we had pay $140 for 2 more parking passes. Seemed a little steep. Other than that, we was 110% satisfied!!! Definitely plan on staying again.

We've been staying at Sea Chase since 2012. We just don't care to go anyplace else. We love the property and feel very safe there.

Annual family getaway at Seachase Condos

Kids vacation

The property was nice and in the perfect location. The only problem was the hall bathroom smelled of urine, there were snack wrappers behind the master bed, and one of the kitchen cabinet doors was missing the top hinge. Overall this was a great location. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Spacious and Conveniently Located

We have stayed in many condos in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area over the years. This one was great and we would strongly consider coming back to SeaChase. The condo was spacious and had a roomy balcony. There are three pools, several hot tubs, and a large indoor pool with a hot tub. There is nice landscaping, something you don’t always get in this area, so it has slightly more of a resort feel. The walkway to the beach is very short, so you don’t feel like you’re walking a mile of boardwalk. Would recommend! This condo has a few small issues that didn’t bother us enough to contact the owner during our stay, but when I did at the end of our stay, she said she would promptly handle them.
