Cozy cottage stay
We had a great time at this property! It was very clean and well equipped - had everything we needed. It was the perfect size for our family of four and our 2 young girls had a blast. The steps down to the water were not a concern, and the swimming area was very nice with the Lake Mat. We were able to use the canoe a few times, and visited a private beach area not to far away. Overall wonderful stay, and very gracious hosts.

Great waterfront getaway
Just spent a great weekend with the family. Danny and Frank were very welcoming. The selection of water toys is amazing and the waterfront has a very shallow area that makes it very safe to have fun with little kids. We hope to come back next season.

Short stay
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cottage. Unfortunately, we had to leave Friday September 27th due to my husband being ill. I contacted the owner and he was very concerned. We really appreciated that. We hope to come back next year.

Wonderful wooded location with excelent water access and toys.
This was a lovely cabin located in dappled woodland with large windows overlooking the lake and through the woods. The water access included a beach with gradual entry and very warm water. The amenities and water toys were also very good.

Perfect for families
A lovely little cottage outfitted with everything you will need. It was just perfect for our family of 3 and our little dog. Frank and Danny are very welcoming and quick to respond to our questions and made sure to touch base as soon as we arrived to assure that we had everything we needed. The perfect getaway to disconnect from the city's hustle and bustle. Thanks again Frank and Danny for a vacation a success!

Tree Top Treat
We had a great stay at tree top. Very clean and well supplied with everything that you might need. The lake was as advertised - gorgeous views and canoe friendly. Just one comment about the lack of privacy as the neighbouring properties are very close. Overall, a great place to get away and enjoy the Muskoka experience.

Short but sweet
We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was nice and cozy inside with a good view of the lake on the balcony. The inside of the cabin is well maintained and clean. The water toys and supplies outside weren’t very organized and seemed like there hadn’t been any maintenance for the season yet. However, it was a lovely property and we really had a great couple days there. We would definitely go again.

Terrific Week
Very clean and cute. As advertised. Dog friendly (not enclosed space FYI, but as expected). Frank and Danny were always communicative and informative before and during our stay. Use of waterfront lake area and of canoes, paddleboat and boards, kayak. Great hiking in the area. Terrific week.

Honeymoon Getaway
Such a beautiful place! I dont even know where to begin. My wife and I rented this cottage for our honeymoon. Based on the reviews, photos and description it looked to be exactly what we were looking for and wow was it as advertised! The cottage itself is perfect for a getaway. Serene and private with a waterfront view that can only be fully appreciated when seen. The hosts are absolutely wonderful. Danny and Frank are not only friendly and welcoming but also so knowledgeable about the surrounding area. My wife and I enjoyed the festivals, shoppes and canoe ride to the falls. We tried paddle boarding for the first time and immediately fell in love with the activity so much so that we now own a pair ourselves! Big thanks to Danny and Frank for hosting us we would love to return to the Treetop for more adventures soon!

Clean cottage and beautiful lake
We had a great week with our family. The lake was beautiful. The cottage was clean. My teenagers even shared the room with bunk beds with no problems. It's a long set of stairs down to the lake. We had fun with the paddle boards, peddle boat and kayak.

An excellent Muskoka cottage
Right from our initial inquiry about the cottage, the hosts were easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. The cottage was fully equipped with everything we needed for a weeks’ stay. Overall great experience and we would book here again.
