They allowed us to have an unrestricted view of the ocean. We will definitely be returning to 311.

Except for the raging woman it was a 10/10

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit and facility was great as always, very well kept and maintained. Had an instance while on the balcony with a woman screaming at people for feeding birds. The people stopped but the birds came back and she screamed again saying she would send them the bill to wash the pool and balconies and that she was an owner and the property worked for her. It was inappropriate and uncalled for.

Dauphin Island The Inn

Great place to stay where you have a short walk out to the beach. They also have two pools which are great for families traveling with small children. All of the properties are clean, well maintained and have terrific views of the gulf! We have made this our vacation destination!

Perfect and peaceful

Very nice condo. Everything you need for a great get-a-way. Location is convenient and view is beautiful. Nice size balcony. Very quiet condo. Could not hear any noise from neighbors. Beds were very comfortable.

First trip to Dauphin Island and will not be our last. .Management was helpful with any questions we had about the area. Beach view, quiet and relaxed atmosphere when we visited in May. Not crowded at all. If you are looking for lots of shopping and bustling touristy location this is not the location for you. If you want to relax on the beach, by the pool and maybe hit a few good restaurants this is your place!

Birthday get-a-way

We were there for a week celebrating my daughter’s birthday. The staff at The Inn were excellent. The unit we rented was well decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. The area is very family oriented and safe. It was a wonderful stay!

Delightful on Dauphin Island

The island and condo were just the peace and quiet we were looking for and needed. We found things to do, had fun beachcombing, hiking, visiting the aquarium, went to New Orleans for a day, but mostly enjoyed the serenity of the lovely condo & the beautiful beaches on Dauphin Island.

What a Viewi!

The view of the gulf is right out the patio doors. We listened to the water every night. The beaches are soft, white sand. Great shopping and eating on the island. The place is fully stocked with dishes etc. beds were great. Location is in the middle of the island, so it’s easy to get around. The place was tidy.

Very nice!

Wonderful stay! Relaxing and quiet. Plenty of places to eat. Exploring the island is quite fun. The only downside is the walk to the beach carrying all of our equipment, but we were expecting that, so it was bearable. Lots of wildlife and great fishing!

Great place to get away!

My daughter and I really enjoy Dauphin Island. The Inn at Dauphin Island definitely meets our needs. We like the less touristy areas, and even going into the busy Memorial Day weekend, it wasn't crazy. Check in was a breeze with the door code. We even got to the property a little early because my daughter needed to use the restroom, and our condo was already ready. We greatly appreciate the staff letting us get in a little early. The condo was mostly clean. There were a few places that could have stood to be dusted, and there was a bit of an old water odor, but after turning off the A/C and opening the sliding doors for a while, it cleared it out. The condo was well stocked and enabled me to prepare any meal we had at the property. The view was great and the weather was wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our condo and the location. Right on the beach, about mid-way between each end of the island, so it was convenient to everything! Just what we were looking for in a week-long getaway!

The condo was well decorated and had an updated feel to it. We liked the higher table and chairs on the balcony, made for an unobstructed view of the beach. I like the central location of the complex, that made it easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go during our stay. I would highly recommend Unit 311!
