Our bungalow villa is perfect for your next family vacation! We are located in the Windsor Palms Community and you get to enjoy all the amenities within the community. Disney property is very close by, less than 3 miles away and Universal Parks only a half an hour away. Our villa is private and stocked with everything you need! After a day of exploring Kissimmee, come home to a relaxing home away from home. There are no neighbors in the backyard so you won’t have people looking in while enjoying the pool and patio!

Our family vacation

Our family loved this home. It's in a very safe community, it is clean, beautiful and it could accomodate our family of six very easily. The kids (16 & 7 years old) had always something to do. There is e game room and there is a pool. We were very sad to leave when our vacation was over.

Nice home and location

Location is amazing! Walt was very good at communication and very reasonable to talk with. I really recommend this house. The view outside from the pool is beautiful after a long day being out and about. House comes with lots of clean dishes and plenty of towels. Easy check in at the front gate. Would stay here again!

This house is filthy,the pool was green soup when we arrived, the furniture is all worn out, the pool was eventually cleaned, floors, counters, units, dirty, 3 chairs to sit on at pool, lining on pool all falling off, tiles on pool missing, we were bitten in bed at night in all the rooms, avoid at all costs.

Horrible Experience

Property was in a very good location, walk into the house and notice it’s dirty from the second we walked in. Found a couple of dead roaches just laying then a couple of alive cockroaches throughout the rest of our stay. Wifi didn’t work the whole time we were there and owner stopped responding. Hot tub heater also didn’t work. Worst experience given the price of the property as well.

Great house but the hot tub was cold asked about it from the host and they stopped responding. Other than that great house great location gated community.

The stay would have been better if we got to enjoy the hot tub due to it not working. The place was not fully clean when we checked in and for the price we paid the place was in need of some TLC. There also wasn't a broom available to sweep during our stay.

Family fun

We had an awesome time at four corners. The host was very responsive. The only thing I would suggest is to get the screen near around the pool fixed so that insects won’t invade the pool. Thank you & see you in the fall

Amazing experience!!!!

We stayed at the property as total of 7 people ( 2 families) House was clean and enough for leisure getaway. Pool was clean and was big enough for family to enjoy. We had good time doing barbeque and we took portable barbeque ourself, thanks to owner for allowing. Towels were many and we enjoyed pool multiple times. House was within gated community. Much recommended place for short getaways

Nice family spot!

We enjoyed our stay and it was very convenient to drive to the Disney parks. It was lovely being in the back of the resort with the view of the nature reserve. Great spot for families!

Great villa

We stayed for 10 days at this property and we were very pleased with the property overall. Comfy beds, great new good quality appliances. Kitchen well equipped. Minutes from Disney in great, safe, gated community with good communal facilities. Previous comments in negative reviews were not founded in our stay and have recommend this villa to family and friends. Smoke alarm was beeping on arrival, contacted owner and was fixed within hours. Great communication and couldn’t have asked for better service. Would stay again.

April 2023 vacation

The nature preserve out back was actually pretty cool, watching birds and turtles while we enjoyed the pool and spa! We checked out the community pool and tiki bar and playground and enjoyed having that as well. Close drive to shopping and theme parks and restaurants. We really enjoyed feeling at home in this rental!

Amazing little get away

My experience with this property has been nothing short of amazing. Communication was quick and concise, everything I needed for a comfortable check-in was provided. Extremely close to the Disney World parks and a big bungalow to comfortably sleep atleast 8. The bungalow was a perfect little destination in itself with a provate pool and spa in the backyard big enough for all of us. As well as a splash pad, tennis, basketball courts, big public pool, theater room, arcade, gym and little store just just a few steps away. Felt very safe as the complex itself was gated with 24/7 security. Lastly the fact that the backyard backs onto a ravine and doesn't look onto other neighbours is a huge plus. Only a few houses in this whole complex seem to have this special touch. Thanks so much for having me, my stay was nothing short of awesome! Will definitely be choosing this place again if ever in the Disney area.

Nice family vacation

I was a little nervous after reading some of the bad reviews this property had, but I was super excited to see none of that applied to our stay. No broken doors, property was clean, pool and whirlpool were awesome and clean. When we arrived the pool was cold, I had prepaid for pool heat. I messaged Walt and he called my cell within 15 min. We turned them temp on the pool up and gave it day, Orr was still cold so Walt had the management team come out and the problem turned out to be the water level. They fixed it right away. By the last 2 nights we had a 85 degree pool and Walt has promised a refund on the pool heater. The house could use a few updates but beds were comfy living room was comfy and kitchen was well stocked. I suggest bringing a bigger pot for pasta or boiling lobsters. Only smaller one there with frying pans.everything consider over the week the 6 of us stayed I give the house an 8 out of 10. Thank you Walt!

This house was awful!

***Now they are trying to say we didn't stay here. We did! We stayed one night but could not endure another. This house was so dirty that we ended up canceling our stay there and demanding a refund. The owner was extremely nice but was unreachable until VRBO reached out to him and that he answered immediately. He needs to fire the company keeping the house for him. When I say dirty, I mean, digging beer boxes and bottle caps out of a 6 foot pool that was so murky we couldn't see the bottom, there was cigarette butts everywhere in the pool area, The beds and couches were full of sand (which was weird because this is not a beach house in any way) and the bedding had clearly not been washed in any of the rooms. The doors do not seal so I hope you like making friends with the lizards, because they will be joining you inside. There was what I am hoping was nacho cheese all over the table and what I am hoping was spaghetti sauce on the rugs. The owner straight out told me this is not the first time any of this has happened, and from the looks of the house no one has cared for it in a long time. Broken shades for windows, bathrooms sinks with holes, and the back sliding door lis literally unable to close completely (about a half inch gap). This house is cheap for a reason but save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

We enjoyed the house very much the neighborhood was nice but getting into the neighborhood was horrible but just remember if you staying in this house to please register everybody that would be coming but once we got everybody at it everything was great

My forever Florida vacation home ❤️

I read all the reviews and decided to give this home a shot. We all loved it!!! It’s very spacious and clean! Felt like we were at our home away from home, and that’s not easily done! The master bedroom has a private toilet that also has access from the pool area so people do not have to walk through the house wet while swimming. We will always use this home when visiting the Orlando area. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
