The condo is economical. Not too expensive but don't expect luxury. It is very convenient to skiing. The bus ride to the Snowflake lift stop was a short walk away and a very quick ride. You could walk up the hill to the lift if you wanted to. The return is by the 4 o'clock run was a walk through a parking lot and across the street to the condo. Quick and convenient. The condo is no frills. It is tired and a bit beat up but economical for our last minute trip. It was clean and a minor issue with the sink was fixed quickly by the manager.
We enjoyed our stay, but for the price would have liked to see more modern amenities. It was a nice throwback to the 90s though - just wish I would have remembered to bring some old mix tapes and VHS movies for the rockin home theater system!
A few reviews mention this is a dated property, and that is accurate. Mismatched dishes, temp fixes on doors and drawers. It feels like you’re staying in a basement apartment from the 70s but paying for more. It’s also a bit of a challenge finding things when you get there. My kids joked it was a scavenger hunt to find things, like parking, the hot tub, (on property, very small in a dark walled and fenced in area, not very hot and the chemicals were so high, it caused a breakout and ruined a bathing suit) where to take the trash, the other pool and hot tub- which was a hike in frigid temps. It was a 10 min walk to town and a chair lift, so that was nice.

Reviewer Comments:
I have rented from Wood Winds before and they do an excellent job. Everything on their end was perfect. The unit #202 is in a great location and it was clean but beyond that, it was SUPER outdated inside. Tile(s) missing in guest shower. No hut tub towels. Small TV. Cabinets were plywood from the 1980's at best. Door trim was old, shattered in places and missing paint in some spots. I get that the revenue will be the same if the owner updates or not but for the money, they can make this place better, or at least more modern. It could be wonderful for a small investment. I would stay here again but only as a last resort.

Reviewer Comments:
Disappointed given the price. Everything, but the stove was dated. Faucet temperature regulators would not allow for comfortable temperature - hot or cold only. No key to ski locker. Location was good.

Reviewer Comments:
The location is great in terms of location to ski lifts as well as main street. The unit is well furnished and has most everything you could need and more for a trip dedicated to skiing. Check in was quick and the staff polite.
Wonderful little condo. It’s a bit dated but the location more than makes up for it. The only update I’d really stress to the owners is to get a bigger tv that is an appropriate size for the living room space, other than that it’s all very acceptable.
Properties location was great! Maybe a 4-5 minute walk to town and to the snowflake lift. Only thing it needs is a humidifier, every one in the house got a nose bleed. Also has a weird smell to the place that eventually passed because we got used to it.
Condo a bit dated and some minor things in disrepair - but the size and location of the property was great and as advertised. Very close to peak 9 and town.
Could use some updating and carpet needs to be cleaned.

Overall we had a great stay at #202. The location was exactly what we wanted as it is an easy walk to town. This unit is "dated", however it is quiet and clean and had all the amenities we needed for the week. The coffee service was nice to find when we arrived and unexpected. We did not use the pool but it is only a short walk away. This is a first floor unit and very convenient to the parking area or the parking garage.
Enjoyed the location of the property near 4 O’Clock Rd. The condo was large with a washer/dryer inside the unit. The condo hot tub was useful after a lfew my day of skiing.
Great location a short bus ride to Snowflake lift. Could ski down 4 o’clock trail to a location across the street from unit. Walking distance to Main Street.

Nice location
This condo wasn't far from the slopes or town. However, I am glad we had a rental car. The walk to town was a little farther than I expected.

Convenient location - needs updating
The unit is definitely one of the older condos we have stayed in over the years. I would not call it alluring, but the walking distance to Main Street and the Snowflake lift are a plus.
The living/dining area is quite large and a great spot to hang out. Some extra blankets would be great.
The kitchen and bathrooms are definitely in need of an upgrade, they have seen better days. It would be nice to have supplies like foil and plastic wrap available.
The management company was very responsive when we asked for things like light bulbs to be replaced or how to work the fire place. Friendly staff.
